Comfort and quiet stay.bath tub is outdated.Rest we have good experience

Durninf my two day stay my door cars stopped working. No biggie, things like that happen. So I went to the lobby desk, told them my card didn't work... And thy gave me a new door key. Understand that was the total of the Interation. Aside from asking for my room number, no one took my name or asked for I.D. The front desk person was not the person. Who had checked me in the night before, so I was a fresh, nameless face in the crowd. Not good.

We were treated very kindly by the staff and the waitress in the breakfast room.

My son and I enjoyed our stay here. We paid a little extra for the free breakfast. It was cheaper with this option rather than buying breakfast there or elsewhere. The pool and hot tub was nice. The street we were on was fairly quiet and appeared to be secure, however the cross street not so much. I would definitely stay here again if I couldn't find the same caliber room for cheaper. No surprises or incidents just a nice peaceful stay. P.s have breakfast outside on the patio in a greek/roman setting complete with water fountain.

Great location, quiet and relaxing! Comfy! I like that part of sac! Staff is friendly too!

no complaints it was perfectly fine. I would stay again

We've been staying at this hotel since my daughter started college at Sac State 4 years ago. It's excellent value, has the amenities we like, breakfast and bar and great location plus super comfortable beds.

I stay there monthly and they are always very helpful and pleasant. comfortable rooms

Nice hotel that I stay at often for business. My preferred in the Sacramento area. Did have a problem this week as they had a fire which began in laundry room at 1:37am. Firefighters were great but the hotel staff was not helpful. Awful night for all of us but could have been made better. Location is perfect for me so I will eventually stay again. How we handle problems is a real determination of good service.

Everything as advertised. Surprised that breakfast wasn't included, as at other Holiday Inns. Overall a fine experience.

The pillows at this place, at least in my room, are the worst I've had in a while. Other than that this was a pretty good stay. Hotel is hard to find. Look for the big Marriott right off the freeway on Sunrise Blvd. This hotel is right behind it to its southeast.

The experience was great. The hotel was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It is a perfect location if you and your friends and family float down the river. It is located next to the freeway and food.

Whenever someone on the floor walked around it felt like an earthquake on the whole floor. My only Complaint.

We had to find a hotel quick for a reunion. We did not expect anything but a nondescript holiday inn. It was so elegant, rooms were huge, totally CLEAN, beautiful setup of the entrance with starbucks cafe at the front. Right near restaurants; we went to Brookfield's three times and loved it, which is just 1/4 mile away. It is directly off highway 50 so you can get places easily... about 20 min. from downtown sacto, and 35 min from the airport. They also have a shuttle that you can hire from the hotel, which we did not use, but looked like it was nice and reasonable. I wish I could have stayed in the hotel longer. It was SO peaceful !!!

We had difficulties finding the Hotel from the freeway. A larger sign up high would be helpful. Even with a map of the location, it was hard to find. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The AC was a little noisy & woke us up.. Nice Breakfast. WE enjoyed seeing Nimbus Dam. watching the fishermen catching salmon. Next year, we hope to catch some ourselves!

It was a very clean and comfortable room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Booked this hotel to visit Placerville and surrounding area. Took advantage of wonderful bike & jogging trail off of Sunrise along the American River in the a.m. Quiet room although there were several sports teams in the hotel w/young children and we were worried it would be noisy, but it wasn't. One minus, our room rate did not include breakfast; however, it was $5.95 and good. 2 free drinks in the evening was nice and hot tub was great. Would have liked to swim too, but pool seemed very cold.

The room was nice, the staff was great. The only confusion came at the time for Continental Breakfast. It is offered to some guests and not to others. I would have like to had it included in my room price, then I wouldn't have been so upset about a $7. fee for a mediocre breakfast.

The hotel was really nice. Everything about the room was great. The beds were comfortable, they were clean and the hotel was quiet. We always had good experiences with the employees as well. The people at the front desk were always helpful and polite. I would definately stay at this hotel again. I've always been worried about booking a room at a hotel and not feeling like it was safe and clean. This is a very good place to stay.
