We stayed here recent and enjoyed the hotel. We stayed on the fourth floor. The room was nice and clean, and also very spacious. It was very quiet at night, thankfully. The breakfast was good, I liked that it had options for us, that included fruit and oatmeal. No issue with parking at all. There are restaurants within walking distance, and there is a shopping center within 5 minutes (driving) from the hotel. Staff were friendly, and if you plan to do an early check in, it will cost $50. Parking is $10/night. Not too bad in comparison with other hotels.

I have stayed here before but this time found plenty of coakroaches in kitchen and around bathroom sink. Not expected for hilton. I had requested for connecting rooms and i called a day before to confirm. But on checking in they said there was some confusion and did not give connecting rooms. Not a big deal for me but unprofessional behavior.

I received a noise complaint at about 8:45 pm when I had only been checked in for 10 minutes. This was before the stamdard quiet hours. I had 3 children I was trying to get to get bed on Christmas day who were excited. I did not relax the entire stay. The kids felt they could not even talk.

Room was great and accessibility was on point. Just wish the shampoo/conditioner dispensers weren't behind me on the shower bench made it hard to reach while seated in the shower bench. They should be placed in front of the bench
