This delightful house in Citrus Heights offers three cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed for a fantastic night's sleep. With amenities like WiFi, heating, and AC, guests can relax and unwind in this serene space. The bathroom is well-equipped for your convenience. *Absolutely no weapons of any kind.
We are within city limits quite hours are from 9pm -7am
Please keep in mind we do have neighbors and this is a duplex. You do not share anything besides a driveway space.

YES you can park anywhere on the street for free.
Absolutely no outside furniture of any kind! Violation $500 fee
In addition do not re-arrange our furniture!
