Never find the address for the hotel i didn't stay there because the hotel was not at that location and I tried to call but not one answer my phone calls

Bugs and bums!! There are homeless people all around this hotel in the parking lot. Obvious drug addicts sitting around all day and night. I woke up in the morning to a bedbug on one of the pillows. This is a disgusting property
The bathroom was not clean. The a/c filter was not cleaned in months. The a/c stopped working and I pulled the filters out and cleaned them. Then a/c worked. Also when I went to get towels from the front desk for the pool. I waited for 5 minutes there saying Hello several times. No answer.
Reception was not concerned that I wanted a quiet room, actually smirked. Then sure enough put me next to a group of rooms where there was slamming doors all night, the coming and going from these rooms was incessant.
When we went to checkin no one was at the desk and waited for over 10 minutes for someone to show up. Thus was around 6pm. They tried twice to run my card and both times it wouldn’t go through. I called the credit card company and they said it never came through to them and was never denied. Went up to the room and the hallway on the second floor smelled like cigarettes and sewer. I went into my room and it was very cigarette smoky. They wouldn’t help so I went to store to get spray. We had two rooms and the other didn’t smell
For the price, this is a good value. We've stayed here before and will do so again. The only negative was that the AC didn't work really well. The room was cool, but I would have liked it cooler.
The hotel looked clean and staff was very nice. But on closer inspecrion of the room we found a black widow nest with a black widow behind the toilet attached ro the valve and a dog bone under the couch . We only noticed the dog bone when we moved rhe couch to inspect for more spiders. We did take pictures. We xhecked out that same nifht and asked for refund.
Clean and comfortable, great location near highway 50 and Lake Natoma
Dislikes: sheets were clearly just reused. Wrinkles were obvious. Trash bag was emptyed, not replaced. Still had trash and chocolate or residue from previous occupant. Water in shower was not warm for shower purpose. Was only luke warm. All appliances made noise throught the night. Lokes: room was good size. Vanity light worked well. Room was generally clean. Ac was easy to adjust. Comfy pillows. Warm sheets (despite clear reuse and refolded instrad of new).
