All staffs and the housekeepers were very friendly. We stayed there for a week. We sensed their friendliness were from their hearts, not just trying to be polite. This extends to all housekeepers. They were very friendly and polite with great smiles. It makes us feel like we are welcome as family members. The housekeepers may not carry much conversation with us but we feel the friendliness. This is beyond our expectations from the previous experiences at other Residence Inn. One of front desk staffs exceeded our expectations while our bedroom wall light did not operate appropriately. She insisted walking back to the room with us to show how the light operates and with plug works. In addition, all front desk staffs have done an outstanding job that amazed us. After checking in, all front desk staffs always greeted with us by last name. They demonstrate that they take their work seriously and professionally and pays attention to the guests. We travel frequently and stay at various levels of hotels for work and vacations domestically and internationally. Such kind of services has not been observed at any of 5-star resorts. If we have a chance to visit the area, Residence Inn at Rancho Cordova would be our first choice.

We enjoyed our one bedroom suit with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Hotel has a nice indoor pool and a hot tub. Breakfast was pretty standard. The only thing was that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in.

For our family of four traveling together, the two-bedroom setup was exactly what we needed. We had everything necessary to prepare a meal on-site despite our 1-night stay. After dinner, we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Fitness room was tiny but more than adequate for our needs, and the hot breakfast buffet was filling and convenient. Costco gas nearby with zero wait in the morning. The Residence Inn brand has earned a repeat customer for our future family trips. The one caveat is that the HVAC unit was a bit noisy, even at lower speeds.

The service was amazing. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and Nehal at the front desk was very helpful. The hotel decor is modern and the room was clean. The breakfast was better than average with a nice breakfast lounge. The pool was good size, clean and warm, along with a very nice hot tub. Wifi was free and worked well.

The staff was fantastic and their pool a great distraction while we waited to see if our home was still standing from the Napa fires. The rooms were very clean and organized and the full kitchens was a huge bonus. The location was fantastic next to good restaurants and activities for the kids. Any issues we had the staff was quick to fix which made us feel well looked after. They actually care about this hotel and the people who stay here. Highly recommend!

i checked into the hotel around 7pm, not that late. they gave me a handicapped room which i did not want. the kitchen cabinetry was offset, the shower head was really short and was not easy to use, the air conditioners were noisy and blew right on top of you as you tried to sleep, the refrigerator made noise all night long. did not get a good night's sleep, the gym was small with the AC blowing directly on you. i do not recommend staying at this place.

This place is awesome! The front desk staff is very accommodating, friendly and great costumer service, she answered our questions very politely. the room is clean and modern, ample space for me to do some work while the wife and son are in the indoor pool. The breakfast... they have a free breakfast and it is awesome. The lady that's in charge of breakfast is great. I forgot her her name, she is a Black-American lady, let me tell you she is an example of a perfect costumer service. She makes sure everything is filled and fresh on the breakfast buffet, she talks to the guests and made sure everything is alright. She even apologized to some guest because she was not able to welcome them because she is running around and taking charge... i offered to give her a tip but she politely decline it and stated that she is only doing her job.

This hotel has to be one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The check in was easy and the staff are all very welcoming. The rooms are like mini apartments that you just make you want to stay longer. You have your own little kitchen complete with fridge freezer, cooker complete with oven which we used, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, glasses, cups, coffee maker, etc etc. We had a sofa which could be turned into a sofa bed and what's neat is the TV can be turned which enables you to sit and watch it on your sofa or cuddle up in bed. They also had little touches in the rooms which we liked for example the free pop corn, or the fact you can have the hotel pick up some basics for you. It's about 15 minutes drive away from Sacramento which was perfect for us as we was seeing a play which was also great. The breakfast was delicious with a wonderful assortment of cooked and cold food for everyone to enjoy from scrambled eggs to fresh pineapple to biscuits and gravy this hotel has really thought about all of their guests. We will happily stay here anytime as this hotel has it all it really does have that homely feel about it.

We have stayed here for three years running because of an annual family reunion. This property is excellent in terms of rooms and service. We did get a larger than normal room, I think due to our being elite members of the Marriott club, but it was spotless, and of course the full kitchen - which we didn't use. Bed was great, good pillows and TV, the AC was a bit loud, but less so than the usual hotel. I know that it has a bit higher price point, but for us it is worth it. Breakfast was standard fare for these hotels, which is fine.

The residence inn has a comfortable bedroom with kitchen/lounge attached. The kitchen is well stocked and has a microwave and fairly large fridge. The hotel is immaculately clean and well kept, the staff always friendly. Breakfasts don't have a huge choice, but are perfectly fine. Dogs were clearly allowed as I saw some coming in and out.
