This place is awesome! The front desk staff is very accommodating, friendly and great costumer service, she answered our questions very politely. the room is clean and modern, ample space for me to do some work while the wife and son are in the indoor pool. The breakfast... they have a free breakfast and it is awesome. The lady that's in charge of breakfast is great. I forgot her her name, she is a Black-American lady, let me tell you she is an example of a perfect costumer service. She makes sure everything is filled and fresh on the breakfast buffet, she talks to the guests and made sure everything is alright. She even apologized to some guest because she was not able to welcome them because she is running around and taking charge... i offered to give her a tip but she politely decline it and stated that she is only doing her job.

This hotel has to be one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The check in was easy and the staff are all very welcoming. The rooms are like mini apartments that you just make you want to stay longer. You have your own little kitchen complete with fridge freezer, cooker complete with oven which we used, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, glasses, cups, coffee maker, etc etc. We had a sofa which could be turned into a sofa bed and what's neat is the TV can be turned which enables you to sit and watch it on your sofa or cuddle up in bed. They also had little touches in the rooms which we liked for example the free pop corn, or the fact you can have the hotel pick up some basics for you. It's about 15 minutes drive away from Sacramento which was perfect for us as we was seeing a play which was also great. The breakfast was delicious with a wonderful assortment of cooked and cold food for everyone to enjoy from scrambled eggs to fresh pineapple to biscuits and gravy this hotel has really thought about all of their guests. We will happily stay here anytime as this hotel has it all it really does have that homely feel about it.

We have stayed here for three years running because of an annual family reunion. This property is excellent in terms of rooms and service. We did get a larger than normal room, I think due to our being elite members of the Marriott club, but it was spotless, and of course the full kitchen - which we didn't use. Bed was great, good pillows and TV, the AC was a bit loud, but less so than the usual hotel. I know that it has a bit higher price point, but for us it is worth it. Breakfast was standard fare for these hotels, which is fine.

The residence inn has a comfortable bedroom with kitchen/lounge attached. The kitchen is well stocked and has a microwave and fairly large fridge. The hotel is immaculately clean and well kept, the staff always friendly. Breakfasts don't have a huge choice, but are perfectly fine. Dogs were clearly allowed as I saw some coming in and out.

I don't know where to start. This hotel felt like home away from home. Definitely making a longer trip next time. The staff surpassed our expectations. They were so friendly. They all felt like family. Our room was amazing and clean. Bed (AND PILLOWS) were comfortable! The breakfast had so much variety (waffles, eggs, parfait, sausages, oatmeal, fruit, ham and so much more!!! Nice and clean area. The service during breakfast time were extremely friendly and felt like family. Can't say enough good things! Victoria was very kind and generous. Very accommodating and loved chatting with her about our concert event. Will make more trips to your Marriott, because of your kindness!

Friendly and quick check-in, room was clean and quiet, breakfast was good and buffet well stocked. Plenty of parking. we asked for an extra blanket after the first night and it was quickly delivered. Love the make it yourself waffles, breakfast potatoes and biscuits with gravy. The coffee was surprisingly good as well.

I just stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn in Rancho Cordova. I’ve stayed at the Marriott hotel just down the road, but decided to try the Residence Inn based on reviews and they serve a free hot breakfast. My experience was excellent from my first phone call. I called ahead because I needed to check in much earlier, around 10:00 am, than the normal check in time. The young lady who answered, Caitelynne, was so polite and understanding. While she couldn’t promise a room until I arrived, she assured me that they would do their best to accommodate me. Two hours later I arrived, and she welcomed me by name before I even had a chance to say hello. Caitelynne and Melissa helped me out and got me a room that was ready. Yeah! They were so friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was tasty and hot. When I didn’t know how to use the waffle iron, one of the workers came over and made them for me. After breakfast, Melissa checked me out of my room with the same friendliness I had received from every staff member I encountered during my stay. What a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This is the kind of service that will keep me coming back. Thank you

We recently stayed at the Rancho Cordova Residence Inn for four nights while attending a dog show about 15 minutes away. It is a typical Residence Inn--just better run than many of them. While the property accepts dogs and has the requisite poop bags and disposal set up in a far corner of its lawn, we didn't see any evidence of dogs--other than our own small terrier. The property is very clean and recently updated. Although the property is very close to the freeway, we didn't hear excessive freeway noise (our room was second floor, front). The front desk, housekeeping and breakfast staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast hours seemed to stretch far beyond the usual window and coffee was always available. A full complement of newspapers was available, including the Sunday edition of the local paper. There are a variety of restaurants close by that provide take out (in addition to eat in facilities), including the Lodge Restaurant at the casino next door (acceptable food, large portions, fairly priced) and Mints, a short drive away (Euro Asian--strong Vietnamese influence--a bit pricey, but well worth it. Loved the Shaking Beef and Green Papaya Salad with Shrimp). I managed to lose a very small inexpensive earring while in the room--and was very pleased that housekeeping rescued it and put it in a visible location, rather than vacuuming it.

This property is a GREAT place to stay. The staff are great and ALWAYS accommodating and helpful. I have stayed here many times over the past year or so and it has been very consistent. the breakfast for hotel fair is very good. rooms are clean and comfy and there are plenty of places to eat around the property. Brookfields down on Folsom Blvd has great homemade food.

I stayed here for a night on business and wished that I'd gotten to stay longer! That never happens! The staff was very nice, although I didn't need to interact with them much. The room was clean, full of wonderful amenities, and arranged very nicely. I will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. The freeway is loud if you're used to country living, but easily kept at bay with earplugs. Excellent value.
