The room was not cleaned the sheets were not cleaned the room had roches the tub was horrible me and my wife cleaned the hole oom ourselves we wouldn't even let them in the room just bad and the hotel looks nothing like it dose on line
First room was horrible, very bad smell, shower had mold all over the grout, room too small for all the furniture that was in it. Changed room next day, that room was a bit better, but mattress was ancient, pillows were had no substance to them, hair dryer didn't work, bathroom had ants crawling up from beneath the toilet and staff never took care of the problem only kept cleaning them up. Not one "Do Not Disturb" door sign anywhere to be found. Carpeting was disgusting, old and worn and in need of replacing. Over all the entire facility is in severe need of renovating. Also music from adjoining restaurant was way too loud and could be heard from inside the room I was in and my room was in a separate detached building from the rest of the motel.
The hotel was OK for an overnight. We were told it was a former travel lodge and it lived up to that description
Dirty, two towels, looked used, unclean, and they were also not folded and placed in its proper place
This can NOT continue to stay in business. It's clearly not up to any approved standards. There are droppings, dirt, filth, cracks, holes, dents ,stains and foul smells throughout the 4x4 room. DO NOT book this hotel.
The hotel was convenient for where I needed to be, and the staff was amazing. The problem was the rooms a and halls were smelly and the toilet kept running all night. They could use an update on the hall and room rugs. And get some updated toilets.
The hotel is outdated, dingy, and smelly. Another occupant was complaining of roaches in his room. The breakfast was subpar compared to other Days Inns I have stayed at. About the only thing going for it is the price.
Dirty and smelly. Hotel is unsafe because it has violent visitors most of the time: especially during the weekend. The hot water was not working on one of my trip and Wifi was not working on the other trip. Every time I stayed there, I faced at least one bad incident.
The room was dirty and broken switch is broken refrigerator broken light sockets broken bathroom fixtures. Staff was great
Rooms were smelling bad with drugs. We couldn't enter in rooms with kids
did not stay there; had to find accommodations elsewhere
I wish bed was bigger Ask for 2 double beds. I got 1 king instead.
The front office is clueless. 3 day stay. They placed 5 seperate holds on my credit card for three days each. When I asked why and to reverse they could not answere or do. Had to call my bank who advanced me credit. They did similar to me 4 years ago. Never again at this place
I can't think of another hotel which does not provide soap in the bathroom. And this was not a housekeeping mistake -- they do not have soap in any room, period. That's despite the standard note If you forgot any toiletry we will provide a complimentary item. There is also no cleaning -- when we came into the room there were peanut shells on the floor. Next day the bed was made but there were no other signs that room was cleaned. The continental breakfast was not good but this is a continental breakfast after all, so it was not as bad as the housekeeping issues.
Absolutely horrible motel. Old, uncomfortable, with a rancid smell throughout the room and hallway. NO hot water. Heat didn't work either. 39 degrees at night and no heat. Front desk did nothing. Room was filthy with rotten food on the floor under refrigerator door. Even the phone kept flashing a message light for no reason. totally unpleasant experience.
The room conditions are just terrible at this hotel. Awful stains on all the chairs, black mold along the entire window, bathroom ceiling fan broken and hanging down and it only worked every now and then, ceiling tiles coming down, broken desk leg. I would never stay here again.
I just wanted a room for the night so my sisters and I could sleep after a long drive, before we go to a funeral. The front desk clerk was so visibly turned off by our appearance (I have a strong suspicion why) and kept insisting that we did not have a reservation there before even doing any reasonable inquiries. He kept saying "nope, don't see it. Nope, not there". I was tired and in utter disbelief. Apart from him, the room smelled strongly like smoke, even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. Other than that, it served it's purpose for a safe, clean, comfortable, and quiet one night stay. There was also multiple eating options relatively close by.
I needed to stay the night somewhere the night before move-in day for college and just wanted to stay somewhere close by the college for a cheap price. The room was clean and that was good enough for me. But there were a lot of dining places really close by so that was nice. The card to unlock the door didn't work but the staff was very helpful and gave me a new one right away.
The hotel was convenient to the RIT campus and was clean. The in-room microwave and phone did not work which were a bit inconvenient. The free breakfast was a little lacking, but the staff was friendly and helpful.
This hotel was so dirty we were afraid to sleep under the covers. We chose, instead, to sleep on top of the comforter. When we arrived, the room we were given had not yet been cleaned, and what was designated as non-smoking clearly was anything but! The staff did give us another room immediately, and with an upgrade, but that room was only mildly better. There was a band in the lounge that played until after 2 a.m, so sleep was next to impossible. The whole hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade!
