The rooms were nice, clean and quiet. It was also conveniently located to my venue and restaurants.

They are currently renovating so the hallways and the elevator were very dirty. It did not appear that they vacuumed after each day because little pieces of packing material were all over and the rugs were dirty. Our first room was very dusty and there was mold on the ceiling in the bath. The second room was a bit better, but the phone was disgustingly dirty, the lamp shades were dusty and gross, the comforter was stained, the bathtub was stained, the carpeting and the sofa was stained. We stayed for three nights and each day when we came back after a long day our keys no longer worked so we had to go back down to the desk to get them fixed. The breakfast was good and plentiful with a lot of options and the staff was very nice. Our tv didn’t work and the front desk person came up and fixed it. The location is next to a lot of restaurants and shopping, but the road to get into it was crazy busy and you have to cross three lanes to turn in. I am sure it will be better after the renovations, but if they do not work on their cleaning and maintenance it will not be better. We stayed there a few months ago and it was better and seemed cleaner which was why we stayed again, but I probably will not go back.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past and it has definitely changed for the worse. I was not greeted when i arrived, I said hello and had to wait for the staff member to finish texting before iwas acknowledged. Got to my room and it was not the multi room suite ihad reserved online. Called the front desk, no answer. . probably because of the headphones she had in. I was exhausted so ishrugged it off and decided to take a nap. The bed was damp, maybe a wet towel i hope. Grabbed a pillow and took a short nap on the couch. Grabbed my bag and went to the front desk to complain, no one was there. Staff member was outside so I decided to leave. Went to a competing hotel down the street and stayed. Called on Monday and spoke to the assistant manager who was very polite and understanding. Eventhough i believe I deserve a refund or voucher I didn't ask for one, honestly wanted to see what they would do. He asked for my name and number so the manager could call me. Fast forward to Friday after never receiving a call from the manager, I called back a bit annoyed now. After being questioned by whoever answered the phone about why ineeded the manager. IWas told she was busy and I was sent to voicemail. I know this was long and rambling I am very disappointed at the level of professionalism and customer service. Outside of that the hotel and room were extremely clean. Happy with the hotel, not so much with the service, except for the assistant manager.

The hotel was close to where we were visiting. Once we got to our room, it was very disappointing. First thing we noticed apon entering our room on tye second floor was the window was fully open with no screens, protection of any kind. The room felt extremely humid, more than it was outside. After closing the window and turning on the air unit, I heard dripping. I found the faucet in the tub/shower was dripping pretty fast. Sadly it would not turn off. I then tried to call the front desk to let them know about the dripping. Sadly, the phone was not working properly and the person at the front desk could not hear me. My family and i had already had a long day and decided to just leave the bathroom door shut so we don't hear the dripping in the night. This ended up making the bathroom so humid all the surfaces were sweaty. We also kept finding grape stems on the floor and in the bed. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this location in the future.

This hotel is in a great location and the room was very clean. There is a great breakfast provided every morning and drinks and appetizers are provided every evening. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling for business or pleasure.

The staff was so friendly, helpful and nice. The hotel was beautiful, and ALL the staff spoke English! The free breakfast Was also, very, very good! I hated to leave, would go back there asap. I know the hotel doesn't have anything to do with it, but the air was so easy to breath.

Arrived at night and front desk staff was very friendly. During the next morning all the staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Lots of towels and nice bathroom. Breakfast was okay, just what we expected.

The hotel room and bathroom were very clean with a really nice breakfast buffet, we enjoyed our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised with our suite at this hotel. The room was spacious. The staff was friendly, the hotel itself was clean and the rooms were clean and modern. The only thing that would make it better would be larger televisions.

Good: Bedsawesome, Breakfastnice selection, Room layoutcomfortable Bad: Shower heads need to be replaced with newer style, larger. Guest Pool needs to be cleaned...murky water, too many bugs in pool, please use a 'skimmer' each morning of the summer!

Very nice place to stay when your in the area. Super friendly staff, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, free wifi, & a wonderful breakfast! I have nothing remotely negative to say about this hotel. It was a 5 star stay for my wife & I.

The hotel was in a great location. Staff was friendly. The airplanes woke me up a couple times though.

Nice rooms, quiet, and clean. Enjoyable stay. Close to lots of shopping and eating.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past and it has definitely changed for the worse. This hotel is in a great location and the room was very clean. There is a great breakfast provided every morning and drinks and appetizers are provided every evening. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling for business or pleasure.

The staff was so friendly, helpful and nice. The hotel was beautiful, and ALL the staff spoke English! The free breakfast Was also, very, very good! I hated to leave, would go back there asap. I know the hotel doesn't have anything to do with it, but the air was so easy to breath.

Arrived at night and front desk staff was very friendly. During the next morning all the staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Lots of towels and nice bathroom. Breakfast was okay, just what we expected.
