No one ever came and cleaned the room even though we were there for 3 days. The room was old, dingy & had a strange smell. Had to get our key reprogrammed every day because it stopped working. Will never stay at another candle wood unless I don’t have a choice.

Overall, great place, great location, clean, friendly service, could use some noise dampening upgrades between rooms, but it was by no means the worst ive experienced with neighbors. Definitely recommend this place on value and location alone

Room did not have much for kitchen, we had to ask for plates because there were none. There was one coffee cup and a glass. The whole place smelled like smoke, and even though it was posted smoke free, the room had an ash tray right on the table, so it was obvious to connect the dots. The hotel was fine for us but if you have any kind of fancy hotel expectations, you won’t find them here.
