ROOMS ARE VERY OUTDATED. LIMITED TO KNOW OUTLETS TO CHARGE YOUR DEVICES. HAVE TO TAKE DEVICES TO THE FRONT DESK TO CHARGE

Unfortunately, as I entered the property for the first time and asked an employee who was near the front desk about parking, the guy was rude and far from helpful. He indicated with hand gestures that I can park anywhere. While my husband was doing the check-in, without any luck, I attempted to use the bathroom in the main lobby, but it was not wheelchair accessible. My room was small, not wheelchair accessible at all, somewhat deteriorated, the small fridge didn't cool any of the beverages, NO WIFI throughout the ENTIRE property, and their idea of a king-size bed meant two twin beds together. Open bars were ok. The food buffet could have been more variable. Overall a cheap hotel; I guess I learn my lesson with cheap all-inclusive hotels.

Demasiada restricciones, mascarillas para todos, fila para para los alimentos y para la bebida; en la nevera de la habitación solo agua, no hay espectáculos en el teatro, la mayorías de los empleados aburridos y con poco deseo de trabajar, los bares cerrados temprano, y los baños ni se diga.

Food excellent, pool excellent, room service excellent, What I dont like, deficience at the restaurant, no good customer service, I have to eat stand for 2 occasion, not waiter asked me for assistance, besides this matter, everything was good.

On the 8th of July, I made a reservation for two oceanfront rooms for the weekend of my birthday July 10th. Upon arrival my husband and I checked in and informed the front desk that my brother, the person whom the other room was reserved for, was on his way as he was attending a wedding some 40 minutes away, she said (Miguelina) that it wouldn't be a problem and that my brother can check it at whatever time he got there that evening. Long and behold, my brother arrived at 8:00pm that evening and was told that all rooms were sold out. Of course, I let them have it. They told me that that there was nothing they can do but transfer him to the hotel next door, SENATOR. The only recommendation was for him to return to that side the next day and see whether or not the oceanfront rooms were available. At that point I was so disgusted, we didn't bother. I had shared with the manager (Albert) that it was my birthday and he shared that for my troubles he would send strawberries and champagne to my room, which I'm still waiting for. The next day, we decided to go visit my brother and hang out by the pool with him, but that wasn't until we were interrupted and told we weren't allowed to be on that side because we didn't have yellow bracelets. The only pool available on our side was filled with small children. The DJ played the same music by Romeo Santos. Place is outdated. We used keys to open the doors and safe. Dining room service is horrible. You get what you pay. STAY AWAY!!

The food was good with lots of options. The staff was friendly and always helpful. They do on site Covid test at $7 a person. The pools were beautiful. An absolute must stay at.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. On behalf of the resort I would like to apologize for any inconvenience during your stay, as we are very Sad to learn that your stay was not it could have been. To Inform you that we offer free Wi-Fi only for the lobby areas as well for the Tropical Avenue´s Coffee Shop, Pizzeria and Ice cream shop. Also, in regards to bathrooms accessibility, those located on the secondary lobby (Coral) are wheelchair accessible. We regret to learn that this information was not convey to you during your stay I regret your comments that the service of our staff has not been satisfactory since all our training is based on improving their friendliness towards our Guests, since for us it is the most important point. We work hard every day to achieve this and spend a lot of time and money taking training and refresher courses over an annual period of at least six months and any employee has at least 24 hours of compulsory training per year. Independently, you can attend an endless number of free-choice specialization courses . In addition we take notes from your review in order to revise what could have happened during your stay and share those with the department leaders to prevent this issues to repeat to other guests.
