The front desk ladies needs to be more educated and professional when check-in or giving information.. some of them don't even know what's costumer service.. the bar 🍺 Ladies too.. always with attitude....the staff at Check in shouldn't select people by their nationality to become a member ..first at all they should tell people what's the thing about and not offering restaurants dinner 🍽️ without saying anything.. we spent 3 hours with them but they were very insistent and it was frustrating cuz we told them we not interested but they continued talking till I told them I was under pressure then they let us go.. after that they changed their attitude with us.. how people will invest in a place the first day of arriving for first time ?

The resort itself is beautiful — the beach is clean, the bars are enjoyable, and there are fun extras like the little arcade, shopping center, and casino. The property has a lot of potential, and the location is very good. Unfortunately, my overall experience was mixed. We were placed right next to a construction site, which meant early morning wake-ups to the sound of drilling. That definitely affected the relaxation I was hoping for. The biggest issue, however, was the service in the dining areas. On our first day, service was excellent — we were seated, offered water immediately, and even asked if we wanted wine or drinks. Sadly, that was the last time the service felt that attentive. Most of the time, it felt as if younger guests (like us) were overlooked. We often had to stand up and ask for drinks ourselves, while older guests at nearby tables received table service without hesitation. At one point, I asked for orange juice and was told to get it myself, even though guests at the next table (who looked 35–45) had it brought to them right away. It created an uncomfortable feeling — almost as if we weren’t taken seriously because of our age (I’m 25). I also noticed other young couples facing the same issue. Meanwhile, some staff members seemed disengaged, sometimes standing around or joking with each other instead of serving guests. There were also smaller frustrations: one time, as I left the buffet, a staff member let the net door fall directly in my face while hold

My stay at Catalonia was amazing, the staff was very welcoming specifically lizaury and Luis at the front desk. They both went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. Jessica and felix the bartenders are the margarira bar at the pool were exceptional! Very friendly,attentive ans overall amazing they definitely made our stay better. The resort itself was very beautiful. I would just say that the rooms need a little upgrade and maybe a little bit more of a nightlife.
