Although its a huge property and you do lots of walking,we had a great time .But if you do go make sure you get a room from the prestige side, cause i got an old room that really need some t l.c but i was ok w it. The staff was fabulous , the food was exceptional .

I had the most scariest experience with one of the men on the property that help book the excursion. His name was Fernando he was snapping a picture of me while talking about booking the excursion, he had a flash on and didn’t realize it. I asked to see his phone to make sure he wasn’t photoing me and he claimed it was just a message . That really scared me , I canceled my excursion which made me really sad because I was supposed to do it on my birthday which was one of the reasons I even came to that country .ladies be very careful when traveling alone or with young kids

We love this resort this is our 3rd time here and never have been disappointing. The staff was great and the food was awesome. PS. Tip!!! Your server they will remember you 😉

My room smelled a lot like cigars. Towels not fully cleaned.

From my perspective, the resort was overbooked and the staff was stretched thin. This is explains why there are so many reviews for poor service. If you actually took time to speak with the employees - and most speak English - they're all very nice and you can tell they are overworked. The grounds are kept in great condition. The food was fine, the only issue being the lack of options. The 1 pool was way too small, especially the children's area. There are other great options for kids, but the tiny size of the swimming area for children was very disappointing.

Property is overpriced Rooms are outdated and dirty. Feels more like a motel then a 4 star hotel Staff is not helpful Entertainment is Boring and repetitive Beach is dirty, and is not cleaned very well Drinks are lame Over all, not a good experience for an all inclusive resort

Every thing was exellent!

This Property promised a lot of amenities including their room service room service was not 24 hours the food sucked it was repetitive and it was continuously being reheated nothing was fresh Whatever I needed I had to get it myself. Room Service is terrible I paid a lot of my god dam good hard worked money to get away and be catered to and have drinks brought up to me and that fact that I had to get everything totally ruined my vacation! I got food poising from the chef master class ceviche they had on the beach Nasty I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GOTEL WHATSOEVER!! If you stay there it will be a loss of you MONEY UNLESS YOU DONT MIND IT, then go for it. I do not recommend There’s no airport shuttle at check out I had to pay $50 for a taxi to the airport that was only 10 mins away !!
