Nothing unique about the place. The property was too big and hilly to fully explore & enjoy........

Check in process is ok. They advertised early check in and you can check in early , eat, drink, use the pool but cannot get in the room until after 3. Now amenities; they have to seriously improve. Shows are ok. Pool and beach are nice; however pools should be open in the evening , since they have no other recreational activities in the night other than the shows , disco and bars . Is not that are family friendly. There activities outside the resort are too costly . If they were less expensive , they will be more attractive for guests. Food needs to improve . Was ok. Has been better in the past. Overall I’ll give them a 2.5 out of a 5.

The room that was first offered to us had a broken bed, broken drawers and mildew. This room should not be offered to anyone mo matter how much less they pay.

Property grounds are beautiful but needs to have complimentary water sports such as paddle boats.

I think the only way to enjoy your hotel is to stay at the president side of the property. I was going to stay three days at this hotel, but i was smart to just book the room for one day. Thank God i did that, because when i arrive and check in it was nothing i expected. The rooms are terrible.

They move my room by calling it an upgrade but made it far to walk to the events on the tropical side

I really had a good time. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly. The only thing that I wish I would have know was it was some type of timeshare. I refused to go on the tour, because that is not what I wanted to do on my birthday vacation. But, overall I had a great time.

Gorgeous grounds but no waiters or waitresses by pool to get drinks. Not enough restaurant's open per night. Overall great trip just minor inconveniences that would of never happend else wear.

Arrived early was given our bracelets however could not go into the room until 3. Hungout by the pool had food and drinks and were okay until we got to the room. When we got to our room there was black mold on the mirrors. Also the staff preyed on you as soon as you came out of the buffet for a “welcome tour.” They persisted for 3 days until we finally gave in and had to yell at the guy and tell them 5 times we were not interested in buying a timeshare. Very annoying when you are trying to relax. Food selection wasn’t great. I guess you get what you pay for. I will not be returning

the only problem was the ground transportation to and from the airport. We were promised and paid for a private town car and got a beat up old car with no ac for one way and a van with other pick ups for the return trip

Overall facilities were ok, but I was not happy about the options that were not available for my plan. Very difficult process to reserve dinner reservations. Room was quite dreadful. Bathroom was not very clean and the air conditioning constantly leaking water added to the mess and the slight smell. Many of the hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The bars were plentiful and most drinks were decent but the wine was a bit on the cheaper side.

Facilities were nice, employees were very helpful & friendly. The only desapoiment is the room condition, mattress very hard but most importantly bedding is worn. They must invest in new pillows, comforter, bed spread & towels. They look dirty n tired

Me and my family , we went for 8 days , and we ate the same breakfast,Lunch and Dinner every day :( , They should change the menu and add More Real Dominican food , that food over there do not taste good , ... Peaople , Be prepare to eat the same FOOD EVERYDAY!!!

The hotel is good, service amazing but room need upgrading.

This resort was fun. Im Dominican myself in my early 20’s so i liked the ambiance and met many other singles too. The buffet was super repetitive and wasnt all that great but there are restaurants that you can make reservations to. The staff that wanted to sell timeshare were kind of annoying knocking in my room at like 9am then gave us a whole tour of the resort. We repeatedly told the guy we werent interested but he insisted in showing us more (i had a crazy hangover and it was too early to do be doing all that) and once we concluded the tour we again told him we werent interest and he caught an attitude lmao like, you did it to yourself sir. Overall, i had an ok time. I think i was looking more for a party resort and this wasnt it

a) No air conditioning for over two weeks. Reported to front desk over multiple days but never fixed. And no follow-up by front desk. Was sick entire trip from heat and high humidity in the room. It was horrible. b) Sliding door was broke and had to leave open most of the time. Never fixed. c) Cold showers. But when there was hot water it was scorching..... d) Room rating at best is a 1 out of 5. e) I called directly to front desk before the stay and they ensured me that there was free internet in the lobby and business center. Neither is true. Complete lie. There is NO internet service at this hotel as they told me and I had to spend $50 on internet service that was not operational all the time. I would have never stayed at this hotel if I knew they did not have internet.

If you are looking to unwind and relax a bit in an all inclusive in the Dominican Republic at a value pricing then this is perfect for you. The staff was very accommodating and always eager to please you. The Sunday evening party was amazing! The buffets were very nice and offered a variety of options for everyone. We ate at the Asian restaurant and the Blue lagoon. Both were nice but not exceptional. I was disappointed that there was no lobster or filet offered at anytime, however, the other options were nice. I was disappointed that nobody was aware of what "GLUTEN" was or able to tell me which things did not have flour. This is one thing I would really like to see addressed as it affects many of us. The VIP beach was so nice and offered free WIFI as there is not wifi in your room unless you pay extra. The pools were all lovely and several places to play Volleyball. Bars were plentiful but most have bottom shelf alcohol.

Every little thing was a process that involved multiple phone calls, different answers, and wasted time waiting around. Disappointing. The food is not good either.
