The food is delicious, the staff is excellent and the room was in excellent condition. Thank you so much to Ana, Indhira, Nathanael, Domingo and all the shuttle drivers!

I loved everything about this hotel only thing i didn’t like was the toilets kept clogging up and the maintenance person held me up by taking too long multiple times to get it fixed .

Not good food, send food every day ,my only problem was the food.

So many options of pools and areas to hang in. Great pools and tanning areas. Food is great too.

For the price its an OK place for a day or 2. BUT THIS IS A TIME SHARE. thry will trick you into taking you to the sales representatives to sell you a TIME SHARE, which thry so not call time shares. It promotes itself as an all inclusive locatuon but its Tier based and the alcohol is EXTREAMLY CHEAP QUALITY. Food is ok. Their policy of the place leaves a lot to desire... thre will accept your money for payment and give you change there but if you ask them to break a 20 for tips they will not. I did not tip as All i had were 20s and i felt bad because overall the staff is very good at what they do and tries to accommodate. overall stay was OK. If you want to relax, I recommend you disconnect the phone as they will call you early in the morning, and ask for a do not disturb sign for the door as thry do not have them in the rooms. Again this place WILL trick you into taking a tour for a time share. thry claim it will take 20 minutes but IT WILL BE WAY WAY WAY LONGER as thry drive you around and attempt to make a sale. It took me about 20 minues just to get the sales rep to stop insisting. But, for the price iys an OK place DO NOT BE FOOLED all inclusive is NOT all inclusive...they purposely make it difficult for you in order to get you to consider the time shares.... overall. an OK stay for the price.

Room was cheap and too dark Keep light on all day Room 20434 Room 20432

I did like the staff at the restaurants and the bars. However the politeness of the staff could not compensate for the poor quality of food and the horrible liquor served. I've stayed at many resorts and I'm usually very easy to please, but this could not be overlooked. In addition the staff at the front desk was rude and unaccommodating. The front desk staff clearly have not had training in hospitality. I wasn't the only one to complain during my trip. There were quite a few incidents that we all witnessed.

Smell of feces all around the hotel. Booking through travel websites gets you a regular bracelet which gets you access to very few off the many amenities of the hotel. Service is horrendous and hotel room is outdated and minimally maintained.

Bad service at the reception Not friendly at all you have to be white at lighter at this place to get treated right

Worst resort experience, and I've been to many in the DR. The property is too big so the only way to get most places is by shuttle bus or golf carts. The sound of moving vehicles takes away from the resort vacation experience, its constant. Food allergies- my child landed in the infirmary within minutes of arriving. Lots of cross-contamination. With the exception one 1 staff member ("el capitan") everyone in the resort staff was very casual about the dangers of food allergies. On one occasion the server was completely dismissive until my husband got involved. Worst part is that they set up a tour for us and since the property its so big we figured this could be beneficial. It was NO TOUR, IT WAS A SALES TRAP to get is to purchase a membership. Then they kept asking us throughout our stay if we had been on the "tour." Activities - they barely had any activities and to find out we had to visit guests services offices during their business hours. Unless you're in the VIP section the properties are minimally maintained. I was able to visit both sides and can tell you that the non-VIP section is nearly abandoned by the resort. The have's and the have not's! This created an uncomfortable environment. Never again.

The facility to use others bilding tings like the casa blanca buffet.

I liked the beach cabanas, the pools, the food. I didn’t like the rooms, the bathrooms could not be locked, the walls were very thin,

I loved everything about Cofresi Palm! Especially the wonderful staff, delicious food and great entertainment!!!

Me and my friend stand to nights and it was awesome the stuff take good care of us.The service was awesome and what I didn’t like was the Shuttle bus takes to long to pick you up to take you eles where they should take a look into that and other then that everything was great

We were upgraded to vip, if not would not like the resort. It is a very hard driving vacation club so sales agent on top of you at all times. Not for me.
