The resort checkin is very slow and when you checkin you have to go to your room and check the inventory list they give you and report anything missing. There is no enough seats or beach benches in the pool area or beach. There is not enough buses to take you around the resort. When they do pick you up the leave you far from your room. It started raining and we got completely wet….lmao. The food is great. Just small details that they need to improve.

We arrived on 3/1 The bathroom located in the lobby was disgusting. No paper towel/pee on floor/ one bathroom stall was overflowing with feces. The internet did not work even if you pay for it. The staff at the bar that serve you the drink are RUDE they looked annoyed makes you feel like you OWE them something. The only staff that seemed happy I would say with their job are the ladies at the buffet. They bring coffee to you and treat you with respect. Lastly, if you are planning to have a good time with family kids the kids pool area has a slide which is nice but other than that no. Skip this place.

My stay at Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort was extremely disappointing due to the poor condition of the room and lack of resolution from staff. The room had multiple serious issues: • Broken shower (unable to take a normal shower) • Broken window handles • Broken door handle (safety concern) • Broken drain/grill • Air conditioning with no remote control, making the room uncomfortably cold • Broken in-room phone, making it difficult to contact the front desk I reported these problems multiple times and formally requested a room change. The staff acknowledged and accepted the request, but the room change never happened, and no effective solution was provided. The last day of the trip Jennifer come to me and apologize and offer me a free night at the hotel she is really nice but the experience wasn’t

0% recommended—this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Check-in was a bad experience because the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, and you should read everything before signing since WiFi is not free and you may get charged. The rooms are old, uncomfortable, and smelled like mold, plus they give you a checklist and will charge you if anything is missing even if it’s not your fault. We also saw big cockroaches, the thermostat didn’t work, there was no hot water, and the water pressure was terrible. The food was low quality and the buffet was disappointing, and valet/ride service takes forever to bring your car or give you a ride.

Tienen que tener más cuidado con la limpieza de las habitaciones ( sábanas usadas, algunas instalaciones en mal estado. El servicio de la recepción mala. Llamas y no hay atención al cliente. Solo el personal de los restaurantes tienen un buen trato y atención al cliente. Pero deben mejorar las instalaciones

The staff and the food was great. However, the room was pretty old and run down. The telephone didn’t work, there were issues with the card to get into the room, and the toilet didn’t flush properly. Some of the pools were half empty and they were all extremely cold even though it was sunny and hot outside.

Nos correspondió una habitación sin agua caliente, cuando avisamos al área de servicio al cliente nos dijeron que habían tenido una avería (no lo sé Rick...). Por otra parte el buffet con bastantes deficiencias y poca variedad. Para rescatar, estuvo bien las cena en los restaurantes resevados y las piscinas en general. No lo recomiendo.

The room was very cold and the heat was not working. The water was cold so we had to shower in cold water and the light in the shower was leaking water which is a fire hazard. The WiFi is only free for one hour and you cannot watch TV unless you pay for WiFi daily.
