My family and I had 3 rooms 2 of them AC didn’t work call minimum 4 times they send a person at 1 am and the gentleman told us they don’t work I will report it in the morning also we had to take bus to go everywhere in the resort since our side of the resort was under construction

Main pool closed along with on of the buffets Key cards did not function when first issued so we waited outside with all of our luggage. Waited almost and hour for a shuttle bus to take us to the reception to be able to address our issues they would not answer the phone. Additionally, half of the resort was not accessible to us Restaurant reservations were never available also.Check out was horrible all key cards and towel cards were taken on the first day because doors couldn't open and when taken they forgot two towel cards that were incomplete they never gave us the cards. At check out made us pay 40 dollars for their own mistake.

I spend most of my time at tropical because cofresi some of the are close but everything was good the guys at the Cana bar are awesome ramon, Jose y yoryie my recommendation is put different food like make more vary. Everything was good.

Unfortunately, our stay at Cofresí Palm Lifestyle was a horrible experience. The property is very poorly maintained, and the service fell far below expectations. The staff were often unhelpful and unresponsive, and instead of feeling like a relaxing vacation, it turned into a constant source of stress. The rooms did not match the descriptions, amenities were lacking, and overall cleanliness and comfort were disappointing. What was supposed to be an enjoyable getaway felt frustrating and unpleasant from start to finish. I would not recommend this resort, as it was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had.

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent stay at this resort left me frustrated enough to warn others: avoid this place if you’re expecting a relaxing, accommodating vacation. We stayed here for a friend’s wedding held on the resort grounds, which should have been a beautiful, memorable event (and it was, in spite of the resort itself). The wedding brought in a large group of guests, around 60 people staying at the resort. In other words, the resort made a significant amount of money from this event alone, yet they still couldn’t be bothered to provide decent service or basic hospitality. Let’s start with the nickel-and-diming. This place finds every excuse to charge you extra. Need an extra towel in your room? That'll cost you. Want to use the safe in your room? There's an extra fee for that, too. It’s absurd for a resort that advertises itself as "all-inclusive." Check-in and check-out were a mess. We waited far too long both times, and when we were leaving, they tried to charge us for something that was clearly their mistake. It took an argument and a lot of wasted time to get it sorted out. Then there are the endless rules that make the whole place feel more like a strict summer camp than a relaxing resort: * You're allowed only one set of towels per person in your room. * They don’t fully restock toiletries each day. We ran out of shower gel and it was never replaced.
