Javier was super helpful with us, I ended up with 6 more family member joining us. The only thing was disappointed was we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and didn’t receive any greetings from your staff. I mentioned in my reservation, other than that everything is great
Great location, close by the beach and the 5th ave, the only thing is that parking has to be prepaid other than that is great

Ничего в этом отеле мне не понравилось. Ощущение концлагеря, на любой вопрос или просьбу ответ нет. Кровати болтаются по полу, охрана как в тюрьме на входе, в отеле скука и уныние. Первые этажи балконы условные 20 см. Только в номерах Делюкс они нормального размера. Странный дизайн номеров, умываешься в прихожей... Номера старые. Отель портит всё ощущение от отдыха. Никогда не вернусь. Отвратительный отель. Не стоит вообще своих денег.

The concierge Javier made this place great!! He was super friendly and extremely helpful with lots of information and details. We were two women traveling alone and felt very safe. Their roof top was lovely and the pool was immaculate. I would definitely stay here again. Clean rooms and comfortable beds, great location, good wifi.
We loved this place. Stayed here for 5 nights as our home away from home as we explored the area and we loved it. Parking was $4 bucks which is ok; felt secure with guard on entrance. Rooms were cleaned daily, Pandemic proofing was good. Was in a perfect location located at one of the ends of 5th Ave which is fire, besides the roads being put together like puzzle pieces which seemed kind of dangerous at certain places. The staff at the hotel were just awesome; very helpful. The safe and sink needed service but besides that all good. Two pools only one open; but the one pool was very nice as there weren't many people due to the pandemic. Within walking distance to eating places like El fogon which is on 30th about a 15 minute slow walk. I highly recommend this place if you are trying to explore the Riviera Maya and not break the bank. 10-15 minutes drive to the Cozumel terminal. 8 Minutes to a Walmart. Yes Mexico has Walmart.

Breakfast buffet was very good and reasoble priced. Staff are very nice and speak well.
Good rooms - slept very well. Rooms were clean. Great location. Would stay again.

This hotel was awesome! Perfect location, new, clean, and the rooftop pools were really private! My trip took an unexpected change and Javier (concierge) and Paco ( rooftop server) were amazing to me. Their service, kindness, and care were the best! If you're willing to be off the beach a few blocks, this hotel is perfect
Good location and very clean. The restaurant across the street pik nik has the very good breakfast and fried fish!
Receptionist could have been more helpful, he was rude and unwelcoming
Hotel was amazing , great location , great staff , good breakfast buffet ! Newer , upkept very well ! Loved the pools on the roof with the bar ! Only thing I didn’t care for was that everything ran by motion detection , so if you weren’t in your room all day the a/c wouldn’t stay on !
The only complaint that i have is that we couldn’t figure out how to get the tv in English and we had to ask for wash clothes. Other than that, the room was serviced daily and the hotel is clean. There is a nice pool/lounge area on The rooftop which we enjoyed. If you want a decent hotel to sleep and shower and rest this is a great place for the price.
Excellent stay at the heart of Playa del Carmen, close to great beach, shopping, restaurants. Also at walking distance from traditional mexican businesses and other amenities. You won't regret booking at this location. It would have been perfect if it was at the beach front. But you can't ask for everything.
