Host communication poor. Location perfect. Had to contact property management team for any information that was required for check-in, and for general inquiries as Alfredo failed to respond. Alfredo was advised by front desk staff of water leaking all over the master bathroom floor from under the tiles on the floor and the AC unit dripping in the dining room. WE had to find buckets to catch the water. We were given one jug of Culligan water for a seven day stay for five people, and two rolls of toilet paper in the 2 bathrooms. Asked for more towels to soak up all the water leaking from their faucets so that we did not slip on the wet tile floor again, no response therefore, we had to use our shower towels and pay to wash them ourselves so at least we had towels. No information left for check in house rules or check out. Cleanliness of room was definitely an issue. Laundry is a community laundry room NOT in the apartment itself. Friendly, informative front desk staff they were a pleasure to deal with. Apartment was true to pictures on the site. Furniture really needs up dated as stated in reviews the living room furniture was so uncomfortable. Excellent location
