Just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Mexico. Our Villa offers fun for the whole family, and we are adding more all of the time. Do you worry about mosquitos? Our pool and hot tub area is protected by a Bio Mist mosquito fog system.
This is the first time for this property to be on the rental market. The backyard is amazing with a gorgeous swimming pool, a separate hot tub and a grill for preparing tasty meals. The breathtaking view from the roof top deck looks out over the Carribean to the island of Cozumel. For those days when rain prevents outdoor activities, we have you covered with our billiard room that includes, you guessed it, a pool table as well as arcade game with over 50 vintage games and TV to help bide your time while the rain passes. We also have a quiet salon with an oversized Chess Table for those that prefer a little solitude. Need to do a little work? Our separate office is away from the main living area so you can focus on those quick calls and emails and then get back to your vacation.
The Villa sits inside the private / gated community of Playacar Phase I, which offers 24/7 security. We also have very easy access to the world-famous 5th Avenue, which is only a 10-minute walk to the entrance.
We offer housekeeping services 3 days a week and we also have a full-size washer and dryer in case you need to do a few quick loads during your stay. We can arrange for grocery pre-stocking, cooking services, transportation and sight-seeing tours. Please let us help make your vacation stress free and memorable.
