"Very grumpy staff on arrival, didn’t explain that we needed to take the card they gave us to breakfast so had to go back to the room for it which then caused a grumpy waiter!
Card was given as a temporary hold for any charges but then a charge was taken for late checkout without our permission which we’d planned to pay in cash to avoid charges!"
