The front desk portion is above the rooms is very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was sufficient and the staff was quick to clean the tables. The rooms were nicely updated. TVs were a little small. Only downside was road noise.

nice hotel with excellent breakfast, along I5 on the way to crater lake. Rooms have microwave and refrigerator.

we had booked hotel 3 months in advance and paid for a king bed room, but hotel was over booked when we arrived, they gave us a room with 2 queen beds. The hotel even called us while we were on the freeway to see if we were still coming. We said we are on our way, but they gave our room to someone else. The solar eclipse was the cause they said, but we know it was for maximum profit. Someone offered more money for the room than what we paid, so they got it.

room was on 1st floor next to the river and freeway. Views of river is nice from balcony, but freeway noise was bothering during the night.

I have stayed at this hotel about 10 times prior to this trip with important business associates......NEVER again! Arrived at noon after 10 hours of flying, the employee (If you want to call her that) told me that no rooms available. Generally, they just give me a room, but this time, i was told to leave and they would text us when room was available. Not happy, we decided to head to work and return later for check in. We returned around MIDNIGHT after work, we were never texted or even called. The girl behind the counter told us that the air condition in our building is out and there are no other rooms available. WHAT? 105 degrees outside? no AC ? well, being that NO ONE contacted us to tell us our room was available, We had to take this punishment and sleep while sticking to the sheets in a nasty sweat ball. GREAT experience. All of this could have been avoided and handled WAY better. The hotel tried a feeble gesture and lowered our rate by 8%.

The hotel is quick good and the breakfast is quite ok.

room was ready early which was a plus, it was hot and we spend the afternoon at the pool pool was clean and plenty of towels had dinner at the restaurant Lark, on the high side, but food was delicious overall enjoyed our stay and will be back

I would have given 5 stars, but the hotel staff made us wait 20 minutes while checking in, there was noone at the front desk. It was frustrating waiting and calling the phone. The phone was ringing at the front desk in front of us, but noone came from inside to check us in, they made us wait for 20 minutes. Otherwise the facility was good, and the daily breakfast was pretty decent. Good value for the price

Looks were deceiving. This hotel was great!!! When we pulled up we were a little hesitant. The street front looks a little run down and dated and we were a little nervous about what we got ourselves into. All of that fear went away when we got to our room. It was great!!! So comfortable and quiet. It felt like a road side motel from my childhood with modern amenities. If we are ever up Medford's way again we will be staying at the Inn at the Commons.

Spacious rooms . Good place to stay just a night. Rooms not connect to lobby, apartment style bldgs.stairs to second floor.

I am on a road trip & this overnight stay has been my best yet. The price was so cheap for such a wonderful room. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable! To top it off the free breakfast was great as well! Would stay again without a doubt.

We enjoyed the place while traveling with kids from California to Seatle. Excellent continental breakfast that everybody enjoyed

Everything you need and than some, room was nice, clean and quite, good free breakfast and coffee in the morning. Really good resturant and bar

Great location and the staff was great! The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast buffet was a plus

easy check in and out, rooms are decent, nice staff, everything you need, free breakfast

We stayed in the Executive Suite. Very clean, although outdated. Parking lot was very full but then again it was Thanksgiving weekend. Staff was very friendly. Room was well stocked. Thoroughly enjoyed the suite - will stay here again!

The hotel is very attractive, has a nice lobby and restaurant and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and the ground floor rooms had sliding glass doors out to a patio. Plus a short walk/drive to restaurants.

Rooms at the back building are next to road, little noisy. Light sleeper may want to request room in middle building. Breakfast is great.

Very nice for the price point. No complaints. Clean grounds. Older hotel but updated nicely.
