Everything you need and than some, room was nice, clean and quite, good free breakfast and coffee in the morning. Really good resturant and bar

Great location and the staff was great! The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast buffet was a plus

easy check in and out, rooms are decent, nice staff, everything you need, free breakfast

We stayed in the Executive Suite. Very clean, although outdated. Parking lot was very full but then again it was Thanksgiving weekend. Staff was very friendly. Room was well stocked. Thoroughly enjoyed the suite - will stay here again!

The hotel is very attractive, has a nice lobby and restaurant and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and the ground floor rooms had sliding glass doors out to a patio. Plus a short walk/drive to restaurants.

Rooms at the back building are next to road, little noisy. Light sleeper may want to request room in middle building. Breakfast is great.

Very nice for the price point. No complaints. Clean grounds. Older hotel but updated nicely.

Wasn't sure regarding the area you drive thru, but wow what a nice surprise. Accommodations very nice, comfortable, slept well. Larks was wonderful! Have already recommended the Inn to some friends. Only spent one night.

Comfortable stay, would recommend this Inn to everyone.

Staff was friendly Hotel clean Will stay again and again

Checking in was fine, the staff was somewhat friendly but very rushed. I was handed my keys and a map of the hotel, but was not given any other information (breakfast, pool hours, way to access to the gym, etc.). The lobby is nice and clean, but the rooms are a completely different story. Don't be fooled by the photos on the hotel's website. The rooms are old and gross. I was given a room without a balcony or outside area, with my only window overlooking the huge AC unit of the hotel lobby/restaurant (which was incredibly loud) and the chemicals for the pool. I immediately called the front desk and asked for another room and was given the option of moving to one other room. I walked to the other room, and the freeway was so loud I couldn't hear myself think. Lots of questionable people in the parking lot right in front of the room's front door. I decided to stay in my original room. The shower drain was clogged, the TV barely worked, the AC barely worked, the carpet was stained. The hotel allowed guests to run laps between the buildings all hours of the night, yell, drink/party on patios and in front of rooms, and throw things from patios into the pool. We complained, it did nothing. The location of the hotel is terrible - do not walk around at night. Remove everything from your car. Skip the free breakfast in the morning, it was disgusting. The Starbucks across the street was convenient and clean - go there instead

Nice staff, really clean room. Larks restraunt really nice too.

Loved the location. It was easy access on and off. Breakfast was filling and the lobby was appealing. Rooms were comfortable.

We stayed at the Inn as a halfway/overnight stopover between San Francisco and Portland, one night on the way up and one night on the way back. The Inn was perfect for our needs - reasonable cost, easy parking, with a free breakfast - and the pool was a nice bonus on a hot day. The room was comfortable and easily accessed on the ground floor, which can sometimes be loud but wasn't at all. The staff were great, helpful, and the pack and play we requested for our baby had been set up in the room ahead of our 1am arrival. Breakfast was fine and early enough to get us back on the road quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Centrally located and always clean, my family and I choose the In at the Commons whenever we are in Medford.

On our week long tour, it was the hotel we were most impressed with. Really enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel, with good comforts. Continental breakfast is a nice inclusion.

Everything was perfect! Great rates, clean rooms, and the free breakfast was actually a real breakfast.

Stayed for one night visiting family, hotel was very clean and comfortable.
