sorry fifty characters is asking a lot. My experience was super. Thjey werfe waiting for me with my late checkin. The breakfast was normal. Eggs were spiced well. Room was most comfortable.

Did not make it to the hotel. Weather was awful and roads as bad ... Stayed at another hotel

Meh hotel - was expecting a hotel, but this was a motel.

My room was right by the highway and super noisy so I got it changed on the opposite side, and received a smaller room, smelly of nicotine, with noise from machinery. I will not recommend this hotel. The staff was nice and breakfast was normal. Just disappointing rooms.

Catching a flight early the next morning. Room is clean, smells old, and is a little dated. Bed was comfortable, freeway is easily heard from the creek side wings of motel. Seemed appropriate for the price. Location is great if you’re planning a night on the town since it’s walking distance to bars and restaurants.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and the stay was great as usual. The front desk staff are kind. My room was excellent--better than last time (I had a balcony this time). The parking was easy, and the breakfast was AMAZING. The breakfast is hot and sufficient. I will stay here again and I have already told many of my friends about them.

We stayed over Thanksgiving Break for three nights. The hotel lobby is really pleasing and check in was smooth and easy. I felt welcome. We got a room on the second floor near the stream, which is exactly what we asked for. I enjoyed watching the ducks in the morning and evenings. The room was spacious and clean; however, the beds were a little too soft for me. I like a firm mattress and these beds were really soft. I really did like that there were a lot of pillows on each bed. I recommend the hotel remove the soap dish that juts out into the shower. It was right at my head height and I almost banged my head on it a couple of times. Could be a liability for the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and it was convenient and served our needs quite well. If returning to the area, we would definitely stay again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends.

Super nice hotel, we stopped in our road trip going north and since we loved it we decided to stay again on the way back. The rooms are really big, breakfast is great.

The room was big and it had a nice creek view. Breakfast was very good too!

Very nice lodging service, will probably choose this hotel next travel.

Clean facilities, and welcoming and friendly staff made our stay very comfortable.

Room overlooking river noisy due to highway traffic.

The room was so clean and comfy. I was in town to take my nursing boards (NCLEX) and really needed a safe, clean and relaxing place to stay. The staff was very welcoming as well. Thanks you for a clean and comfy room.

We didn't arrive until 1am but the night clerk was very friendly and made our check in very easy. The breakfast was very good as well.

The front desk portion is above the rooms is very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was sufficient and the staff was quick to clean the tables. The rooms were nicely updated. TVs were a little small. Only downside was road noise.

nice hotel with excellent breakfast, along I5 on the way to crater lake. Rooms have microwave and refrigerator.

we had booked hotel 3 months in advance and paid for a king bed room, but hotel was over booked when we arrived, they gave us a room with 2 queen beds. The hotel even called us while we were on the freeway to see if we were still coming. We said we are on our way, but they gave our room to someone else. The solar eclipse was the cause they said, but we know it was for maximum profit. Someone offered more money for the room than what we paid, so they got it.

room was on 1st floor next to the river and freeway. Views of river is nice from balcony, but freeway noise was bothering during the night.

I have stayed at this hotel about 10 times prior to this trip with important business associates......NEVER again! Arrived at noon after 10 hours of flying, the employee (If you want to call her that) told me that no rooms available. Generally, they just give me a room, but this time, i was told to leave and they would text us when room was available. Not happy, we decided to head to work and return later for check in. We returned around MIDNIGHT after work, we were never texted or even called. The girl behind the counter told us that the air condition in our building is out and there are no other rooms available. WHAT? 105 degrees outside? no AC ? well, being that NO ONE contacted us to tell us our room was available, We had to take this punishment and sleep while sticking to the sheets in a nasty sweat ball. GREAT experience. All of this could have been avoided and handled WAY better. The hotel tried a feeble gesture and lowered our rate by 8%.

The hotel is quick good and the breakfast is quite ok.

Randy I appreciate your valuable feedback. I'm glad your room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. For your next stay I recommend a poolside room away from I5, and the traffic noise. I sincerely hope to see you next time you are in Medford Sincerely Marcus McCarthy Assistant General Manager
