I loved the room!Having the teapot was amazing and I loved having a yoga mat in the room. I fell in love with the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion.I felt like I was at a spa retreat. The property is sorely understaffed. We tried to get housekeeping to come three times with no success. I finally had to go ask for towels and toilet paper. The restaurant is very understaffed. Overall the service is poor.
