Drawbacks but Overall Nice

There were a few issues. The master bed is extremely firm. It almost feels like you’re sleeping on the floor, I thought this issue might be ‘no-go’ for some people. We also had a problem with not enough towels & washcloths but the owners immediately fixed this issue. They were very helpful. More issues: low to the ground couch, and odd placement of the main Television. Also, a few lights were out by the pool, as well as the back door would not lock, The ping pong table also broke during our stay, but we fixed it. It was so much fun to play ping pong, so that’s a big bonus.The house is just sooo gorgeous & same with the backyard. We love the pool and all of the vegetation that surrounds it. There was a gorgeous pair of butterflies and a hummingbird, which was delightful. The trees do shed in the pool, but it’s easy to fix. They have a huge net that you can scoop the pool with. We’ve stayed at 4 different houses in Palm Springs over the last 10 years because we love to vacation there and this is the first time that we had issues, but we still had a wonderful stay!

Relaxing 10 days in Palm Springs

We spent a relaxing 10 days in Palm Springs. Our goal was to play golf, play pickleball, hike, enjoy good food and a soothing hot tub in the evening. The condo’s location and setting made all of this possible. The condo is spacious and well laid out and the yard with pool and hot tub are very private and welcoming. We are a retired couple, however, we had our daughter and her husband and also a couple of friends visit us over the course of 10 days. The condo layout was very accommodating. Both the inside and outside spaces are very nice. Alex, the host is most accommodating and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had both prior and during our stay. We would definitely consider staying in this condo if we were to visit Palm Springs in the future. One downside that I should mention is the proximity of the condo to the airport. The flight pattern is right over the condo. We found we got used to the jet noise fairly quickly, but a family with small children or adults who are very sensitive to loud noises might find the proximity to the airport problematic. That said, easy access to the airport is a big plus!

Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at the house. It was beautifully decorated and vary clean. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed for our love of cooking. The backyard and pool were especially enjoyable, and we spent most of our time there. The beautiful plants and trees in the garden provided an ideal setting for our morning coffee. I highly recommend this house as it was an excellent experience, and we definitely plan to stay here again.

Amazing vacation rental!!

We were in PS for my daughters wedding and had some of the family staying in this rental. The house was perfect!! Great, open, layout. Comfortable bedrooms and a beautiful great room for hanging out. The kitchen had everything you would need. The back yard was such a hit. The pool and spa were used many times over the weekend. There are so many patio chairs and tables and a wonderful BBQ. There are even pool toys available. Alex could not have been nicer! So accommodating to all of our requests and he responds so quickly. You cannot go wrong with this property!! We will definitely be back.

As Advertised!!!!

Just finished 5 days in Palm Springs. This property was as advertised with comfortable layout both indoors and outdoors. Pool and hot tub were used daily. House was clean and communication with owner was easy. One thing to note is this property is located near the airport. It wasn’t a problem for our stay but you do hear and see the planes taking off/landing. Would definitely stay here again.
