Room was in good condittion. Staff was nit friendly or helpful. The key being used to run elevator is very inconvient. And the room key deactivating at 11 am is ridiculous! Left room and couldnt even reenter to grab car keys we left, had to go to desk, reactivate to open door at 11:01. Found that to be a pain and unneccessary
