There was renovation going on so at times it was noisy. We were given a 10 dollar breakfast coupon I believe to compensate? The view was spectacular and it was nice shopping in the Rideau Centre.

The rooms are very nice. Appreciated the quiet, and also the very comfortable beds, lots of hot water. The staff was pleasant enough, but did not seem especially well trained. Did not give us either very much coffee, or very much lotion.

This was my second time visit to westin Ottawa and i didn’t like it much. House keeping always left behind bedding and garbage. Some of the staff members at breakfast seemed to be doing you a favour by serving you. I had to pay extra for the room but last time there was no extra charges. Overall i didn’t like it much and would explore more options in my next visit to Ottawa
