When I arrived I had to wait at a locked front door carrying a suit bag and back pack for 5 minutes as there was nobody to answer the intercom. It took a prolonged time to check in and then when I got to my room there was a new SmartTV but it wouldn't display regular TV. Nobody was trained on the new TV's so I was moved to a new room. The Manager was going to call me today but nobody has called. The staff would not call the manager last night at 10:30 as it was "too late". I will not stay here again.

Hotel is pleasant, but upset about breakfast being canceled. We specifically chose this hotel for the breakfast buffet and paid extra for breakfast. The whole breakfast buffet was closed, which was only disclosed at check-in. If we wanted to eat breakfast at Tim Hortons we wouldn’t have stayed here and paid extra
