The overall experience was excellent it was a great Hotel. Kids love the swimming pool and the amenities and cleanliness for up to our standard. The only drawback was the lengthy time it took the check in as they had limited staff working the front desk on a very busy day.

Room was great, beds were very comfy but we called the night before to request robes because we wanted to use the pool, and were told the robes would be there and they were not unfortunately. Front desk said some would be sent up to the room but they never arrived. Pool staff was very impatient and kind of rude telling people to get out of pool
