Room was clean and nice, but: 1. On the Orbitz web site, the hotel says they have parking, for a fee. But the lot only can accommodate a small portion of guests. 2. I prepurchased coupons for full breakfasts, about $10 US, but they were only good for $13 Canadian, about what I paid for them, and not enough for a complete breakfast at the hotel’s partner restaurant, the only place they were usable.

thank you for staying with us while in Ottawa. Yes we do have limited parking available on site and during peak periods we do run out. As for breakfast I do apologize for the limit on the breakfast coupon.
