Kelly was awesome

Amazing service in french or english! Method of payment included an higher deposit, but the experience in itself was great! Particular thanks to Kelly who was extra friendly and helpful! I will definitely go back there for routine with the girls just because of her!

Location couldn’t accommodate a large SUV for parking on a busy night. We drove home rather than staying over since the area was also less than safe and the hotel wildly unclean. Ridiculous. Thank you to the woman at the front desk who was honest.

Great hotel. We stayed there to attend Bluesfest. Our over stay was great. Other than they didn't shut the gate to the underground parking when it was full and we ended up getting stuck in it along with other vehicles. Also the next morning we received a knock on our door at 8:50am asking when we will be checking out. Check out was at 11am.

Picked this hotel to be close to the LeBreton Flats for Bluesfest. Friendly front desk clerk (Yash) for check-in. Friendly server in the restaurant during breakfast. Underground parking is convenient but it's hard to manoeuvre down there. Parking spots are quite small for larger vehicles. Would stay again.

Fairly was oaky, convenient location, silly parking system, anybody could take car out of underground parking by only having green peace paper on the dashboard for reception to see and open the garage door!!!
