The room was clean, friendly staff, and appreciated the complimentary breakfast. However, there were a few odd things. Like our room number wasn’t on a plate by the door but written in pen on the wall… then the outlets and lights on the left side of the suite didn’t work and the refrigerator never turned cold. Also the shower had no way of stopping water from getting on the floor and there was clear water damage.

So, my check in was smooth. The lobby was beautiful and peaceful. All down stairs was elegant and quiet until I went to my room on the 6th floor. OMG!! When I opened the door to my room, I there was a musky odor!! The room was pretty calm and the bed was pleasant until I was itchy all night!!!!. The bathroom was inappreciable which I did not understand because when I took a shower the water was running out of the bathroom into the hallway towards the front door!!! I've never seen anything like that before!!! Plus, there was limited towels and rags to bathe with in my room. It was like someone has already used my room and the housekeeper just threw back everything in place for me to sleep in or bathe with... Hell, my toilet paper was halfway used on the roll next to the toilet!!!!

El cuarto estaba limpio y todo bien organizado, el beneficio del desayuno incluido está súper para evitar extra gastos en la mañana y el servicio al cliente estuvo siempre servicial y está en una buena localidad si buscar estar cerca de los parques de universal, ya para lo que sea Disney están de 15 a 25min que también es cerca

Overall a good staff. Only thing is they turn off wi-fi at night but resume in the morning. They should do that in reverse so ppl can go online coming back from the parks.
