Checked in after midnight and given a room on the 3rd floor. The door to access the third floor is partially broken. The wall in the hallway next to my room had a huge hole in the drywall that hadn’t been repaired. The room had the cheapest sheets ever sold on them and the room had a foul odor. The ac was full of dust and the light by the desk was not working. The bathroom had rust and erosion around the drain and the water pressure was poor. The carpet was not clean and had areas where there was dirt build up that was black. The desk chair had stains and below the refrigerator had water stains on the carpet. Lastly, when I called the front desk to try and change rooms no one ever answered.

The hotel is terribly rundown. Hallways reminiscent of the “the shining” . Musty smell, old furniture , rundown bathroom. Towels felt hard !! Ironically staff very warm and accommodating too bad their surroundings does not emulate the quality of their service. I will never stay here again.

The front desk staff was really good, courteous, and responsive to requests and concerns. Unfortunately, they can't do more than they did. The hotel is in a good area, close to lots of services and places I wanted to go. My first room had a leaky toilet (note to maintenance staff: caulk won't fix it....replace the wax ring!), so they moved me to another room. The mattresses are saggy and miserably uncomfortable. The first room had two alarm clocks, the second had none. First room had a refrigerator and microwave (both in need of a good cleaning) and the second room had a 'fridge only. Second room has an exterior door with a rusted out corner, and the safety latch was hanging from one screw, three were missing. Lots of potential here, but the place needs to be completely renovated. If that happened, I'd be happy to pay a little more, but as it is right now, I'd stay elsewhere.

The bed fit didn't get changed during 4 nights stay, bathroom didn't get clean (still see my hair on the floor everywhere)

We stayed for 5 days everything was ok, no problems except when you want to take a city bus, you have to walk for about 3 minutes

Free WiFi free breakfast. No it's not. The breakfast isn't. Worth a dime. The pool has green algae growing in it.

Horrible, no security, peapole that dont work at the hotel were at the front desk making jokes, on the hallways there i found two person that give me the impresion that they were checking us out to rob us or else. One of the room have all the drawrs open and the shower have the water running and can't be close, the other room have no lights and the bathrooms was dirty. I din't stay at this hotel because me and my family didn't felt save and the facilities were horrible.

Ok never enough towels and room was not cleaned every day and breakfast times was too short

The rooms are pretty small but for the price this hotel is not bad, the wifi was good and so was the breakfast. My only complaint is that they should update this hotel, it looks pretty old and as if it needs renovations. The location in proximity to the convention center is pretty far but $6 from uber of lyft and it's no problem.

The complimentary breakfast was disappointing due to long waits for items to be cooked and brought to buffet table; kept running out of eggs, bread, muffins, etc. There was a shortage of tables & chairs to sit and eat the meal after finally getting some.

Good price and great location. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for walking distance on International Drive.

Ramadan bought this 50's or 60's hotel put their name on it and it looks as though they did no renovations to it. The room was only made up one time even though I stayed 4 nights. Bedding was not changed at all for the 4 nights. Two mornings the continental breakfast had no coffee (they said they were waiting for a delivery. The room was dirty and the caulking around the tub was cracked.

This Ramada was just OK. The room was clean, but there were a few problems...the shower leaked, the mattress was strange in that you could feel the springs easily, and most importantly I was in a ground floor room on the back side of the property with an outside entrance (all the rooms open to the exterior) and the window curtains did not close very well. I felt a little worried about my safety in those conditions. That said, it is a pretty family friendly area so it was not terrifying. Breakfast was OK, but the breakfast area was very crowded with tables so people did a lot of bumping into each other. Staff at the desk and the breakfast area were all pretty grumpy. I was starting to think it was just me! But I made a real effort to be friendly and still had pretty tough interactions. Finally, on the last day I was about to jump in the shower when I realized that they had taken all the towels without replacing them. I had to get dressed, call the desk, and wait for a towel so I could get on with my day.

Hotel is a little worn and needs some repairs but not too bad. The room had a little bit of a musty smell until we turned on the AC, but was fine after that. Beds a little creaky and blankets thin. Staff was inconsistent - some very friendly and others not very responsive to questions at the front desk. Training a new guy who was somewhat clueless. When busy they seemed to ignore us. But Nirvana and Mariant (sp?) were quite helpful. Shower was great and bathroom clean. Overall, an OK hotel for those of us who don't need 5 star treatment. The breakfast was excellent - scrambled eggs, pancakes, waffles, bagels, toast, bananas, oranges, apples, juices, yogurt, cereals, danish, coffee. Best part of the hotel next to its location.

Really basic and raw. They add additional charges for what they claim to help provide an excelllent experience. The experience was like a bail bondsmen window to get your key, the shower was trying to be a dual shower, if you include the leaking ceiling, with painted plywood from 1986 with hanging science experiment droplets in many strange colors. The hvac moans all night long, and it wasn't the neighbor. For anorher few bucks a night you can find much better.

This hotel is not what we expected. Our room was in need of renovation and had many maintenance issues. Mattress was horrible with sagging spots. Bathroom sink drain stopper was broken and stuck down. Shower faucet was coming unattached from the wall. Just a dingy old room in need of a rehab. Good thing was no bed bugs though! Breakfast was disappointing as well. Would not stay here again.

Dirty room, they save the worst rooms for people that book through Orbitz, my room was near the swimming pool filter room and it makes a racket

Hotel was a bit out of the way. High end restaurants and shopping near by. Had to catch a trolley for eateries more in my price range. The hotel needs a face lift . Rooms are small and everything looks old. The rooms were dark, even with all the lights on and furniture seemed crammed in place. Not comfortable to just "be" in the room.

Checked in on time without hassle. Nice clean room. Enjoyed it. Nice little pool and great breakfast selection. Worth the 12 dollar extra on top of the other rates that the other cheap hotel charge. The hotel is within walking distances to all restaurant and bar on idrive, which makes it even more awesome.

We love Ramada. All was fine except for bad sewer odor in our room.
