I checked out immediately and requested my money back. It was worse than awful.

Upon check in desk clerk was in the room speaking to a person in the lobby area and ignored my presence for several minutes while he finished his conversation not even acknowledging me. Carpets throughout hallways and rooms were very dirty. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Curtains and bed skirts ripped. No comforters.

I guess for the price it was ok. For the location I thought it should have some upgraded. Very 60’s Needed some paint, rusty around tub.

Bed made me itchy, bathroom had mold, it was small,wi-if broke in and out.. very easy to walk to places. Just needs to clean better

Heavy rust on the tub, and the pillow have to be old, lumpy. Bed mattress needs to be replaced too.

I never comment for reviews but I will for this hotel. I really should have paid attention to the reviews of this hotel, but I gave the pictures the benefit of the doubt. This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was FILTHY. The carpets were stained black. Bring house slippers or wear socks at all times for your feet will be black by the end of the day. The desk chair was also greatly stained. I was embarrassed that I stayed here and I apologized to my child for staying there. I should have just spent a little more money to stay next door at the Quality Inn or just anywhere else. The shuttle to the amusement parks was a joke. Limited times for picks up and drop offs. The shuttle wasn't big enough people were standing in all the spaces they could find. Also the main hotel room lock wouldn't engage so I had to prop a chair underneath the door for extra safety. There were no "Do Not Disturb" signs for the maid service so I had to make one and stuff it into the card reader. When I checked into my room I got a letter staying that the Ramada knew that hotel had issues and was in the process of remodeling daily. I saw no evidence of remodeling at all. No trucks, no construction workers...No contractors.

Room was very dirty and disgusting. Free breakfast was bad and overcrowded, not enough seats, we ended up eating at restaurant nearby.

Rooms were very nasty, smelly and A/C didn't cool the room very much. Kept temp set at 66 and room was still very hot. I had room for 2 days and room service never cleaned or brought any clean towels in. I left at 5am and didn't return until 11pm so wasn't much I could do about the room service. Would not stay here again. Lobby smelled really good but room smelled very old. Bathroom was horrible looked like it needed cleaning before I could use.

I traveled with my husband 2 weeks ago. The staff was nice and they are all bilingual. As soon as we opened our room we felt the smell and humidity. The bed sheets looked beige instead of white and there was hair in the bathtub and toilet. we went to Walmart to buy bed sheets, couldn't handle to risk ourselves in those dirty sheets. Our stay was for three days, they came and make the bed, change towels and that's it, no bathroom cleaning, no cleaning the carpet, nothing. At the end we find out that this is not a Ramada hotel, they are like a corporation and Ramada allows them to use their name. Breakfast is bad, just ugly scramble eggs and bagels everyday. I honestly don't recommended. Please see the attached pictures.

Me cambiaron tres veces de habitacion.El primer día el aire acondicionado explotó

Checked in after midnight and given a room on the 3rd floor. The door to access the third floor is partially broken. The wall in the hallway next to my room had a huge hole in the drywall that hadn’t been repaired. The room had the cheapest sheets ever sold on them and the room had a foul odor. The ac was full of dust and the light by the desk was not working. The bathroom had rust and erosion around the drain and the water pressure was poor. The carpet was not clean and had areas where there was dirt build up that was black. The desk chair had stains and below the refrigerator had water stains on the carpet. Lastly, when I called the front desk to try and change rooms no one ever answered.

The hotel is terribly rundown. Hallways reminiscent of the “the shining” . Musty smell, old furniture , rundown bathroom. Towels felt hard !! Ironically staff very warm and accommodating too bad their surroundings does not emulate the quality of their service. I will never stay here again.

The front desk staff was really good, courteous, and responsive to requests and concerns. Unfortunately, they can't do more than they did. The hotel is in a good area, close to lots of services and places I wanted to go. My first room had a leaky toilet (note to maintenance staff: caulk won't fix it....replace the wax ring!), so they moved me to another room. The mattresses are saggy and miserably uncomfortable. The first room had two alarm clocks, the second had none. First room had a refrigerator and microwave (both in need of a good cleaning) and the second room had a 'fridge only. Second room has an exterior door with a rusted out corner, and the safety latch was hanging from one screw, three were missing. Lots of potential here, but the place needs to be completely renovated. If that happened, I'd be happy to pay a little more, but as it is right now, I'd stay elsewhere.

The bed fit didn't get changed during 4 nights stay, bathroom didn't get clean (still see my hair on the floor everywhere)

We stayed for 5 days everything was ok, no problems except when you want to take a city bus, you have to walk for about 3 minutes

Free WiFi free breakfast. No it's not. The breakfast isn't. Worth a dime. The pool has green algae growing in it.

Horrible, no security, peapole that dont work at the hotel were at the front desk making jokes, on the hallways there i found two person that give me the impresion that they were checking us out to rob us or else. One of the room have all the drawrs open and the shower have the water running and can't be close, the other room have no lights and the bathrooms was dirty. I din't stay at this hotel because me and my family didn't felt save and the facilities were horrible.

Ok never enough towels and room was not cleaned every day and breakfast times was too short

The rooms are pretty small but for the price this hotel is not bad, the wifi was good and so was the breakfast. My only complaint is that they should update this hotel, it looks pretty old and as if it needs renovations. The location in proximity to the convention center is pretty far but $6 from uber of lyft and it's no problem.

The complimentary breakfast was disappointing due to long waits for items to be cooked and brought to buffet table; kept running out of eggs, bread, muffins, etc. There was a shortage of tables & chairs to sit and eat the meal after finally getting some.
