I should’ve read the reviews before I booked this place. No one at the front desk even when you call and then I saw drug activity and left immediately and booked somewhere else.
Concierge said property was under renovation but I didn’t see any wording on the website or signs of actual work. Seemed like an excuse. I had to go visit multiple rooms myself late at night during checkin to be sure I was ok with the room, according to the concierge otherwise I would be charged and no refund if I didn’t like the room. Keys didn’t work in one room, AC didn’t work in two other rooms, it was like musical chairs and I was tired and seemed I was doing the work for them. Place was in a rough neighborhood and there were people living in this hotel full time, very sketchy. Bed was all springs, just overal a dumpy feel, but actually kind of clean and tidy when it came to the room, but for over $100 it wasn’t a value at all, but only thing around less then half the price of everything else. I slept well so I guess it served it’s purpose.
Before arriving I had called to make sure it was ok to arrive a little late because my flight was delayed. I arrived at 12:30pm at the hotel. When I am about to check in they had no rooms available for my family and I. Mind you I had a reservation. Keep away from this hotel because your not guarantee a room. My cousin had checked in early and by his comments the room and bathroom were falling apart. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Please pay a little more and guarantee your room. Nothing like a long day and sleeping in a comfortable bed. Sorry I just have to be honest.
