The resort was quiet and comfortable. Service was excellent! When I called them about simple matters, I had workers handle my issue within minutes. Excellent. I think the furnishings and carpet are not in terrific condition and dated. The washer/dryer did not work well. But on a lighter note, the place was clean and bug free. The bed linens and towels were in excellent condition. The amenities such as the pool and hot tub were nice. I did not have time to see the other amenities such as the gym or play room etc and therefore cannot comment on it. The area of this resort is close to all the sites in Kissimmee and Disney. As with any vacation condo-rental you must be prepared to bring your own food and paper towels, bathroom tissues and food etc. Overall we had a really nice stay. We hope to go again!
close to malls, restaurants and to Disney World. Resort is quiet, clean, resort staffs are pleasant, helpful and pleasant to talk with.
I liked the spacious unit and balconys. There was dishware and it was quite. The big issue was the groves of small thin bugs that were in the bathrooms, shabby carpet and squeaky dryer.
BOOKED ROOM GOT A CONFIRMATION FOR A 3 BEDROOM GET THERE GET CHECKED IN AND IT IS A 2 BEDROOM. SO WE DONT KNOW WHAT THE ROOM WAS LIKE, IT WAS NICE FROM WHAT WE CAN TELL BUT WE GOT IN LATE SO THEY HAD TO MOVE US FROM CARIBE COVE THEY HAD NO 3 BEDROOMS TO BAHAMA BAY ANOTHER WYNDHAM GOT A HORRIBLE ROOM WHICH BY THE WAY PER THE FRONT DESK WAS AN UPGRADE (NOT).. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.. 500.00 DOWN THE DRAIN AND COULDNT WAIT TO GET OUT.. WORST 2 DAYS I HAD UNTIL WE WENT TO OUR OTHER RESORT WHICH IS ALSO A WYNDHAM REUNION RESORTS.. IT WAS A 360 TURN AROUND .. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BAHAMA BAY AT ALL. STAINS IN THE FLOORS AND BEDS WERE BRICKS FURNITURE TORN.. RUSTY FRIDE ALSO VERY BAD START TO A NICE VACATION FROM COLD MICHIGAN
Faye at the front desk was slower then a turtle and even though there was a long line at the desk, she did not call for any help. I received a DVD rental card but that was hard to use since there was not a DVD player in my condo. The carpet was so bad, I did not want to walk around without shoes. It was also pulled away from the strips going into other rooms where tile was at. The refrigerator made such horrible sounds, I had to turn it off just to sleep.
The location to Disney, etc. was great. The layout of the unit was great. Loved the washer/dryer, kitchen. Unfortunately, there were ants everywhere. They got in our food, our drinks, toothbrushes, everything. The carpet needs cleaning, and the couch and chairs need to be replaced. They were very worn and didn't look clean. We mentioned the ants to the front desk, but there wasn't much of a response.
A quiet property, no hustle and bustle. Reception and gate personnel are great.
The property was very clean and accommodations were excellent. Alex, the concierge from the sister property was extremely helpful getting tickets for Universal and giving some time saving tips during a high volume time. The staff at Caribe Cove was friendly and helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Pictures on website don't do it justice!
Very pleased with this visit. Suite was clean and stocked with everything needed as a vacation apartment. Close to Orlando attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value if you're spending a few days in the Orlando area. This was our second stay at Caribe Cove - will stay again if coming back for another visit to Orlando.
This vacation rental feels like home away from home. It was amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped with even the smallest details as dishwasher soap.
We had a great getaway and our stay was very pleasing to our standards.

Excellent property and staff! Only bad thing was the dryer didn't want to dry our clothes all the way, other than that it was a perfect place to stay if going to Disney or anywhere else! We will definitely be back. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

We loved this place, the place had everything we needed, it was super clean, we let our baby crawl around with no problems! Hotel staff was very accomodating, every time we needed to extend our stay, they were very helpful! Would highly recommend this place for a family stay!
I was impressed the first time we stayed here in December but this time our room had squeaky flat beds and a squeaky worn out couch. We were able to switch rooms and the second room was better however it had small ants in the kitchen and extra bathroom. There was also a hair still in the shower from the previous guests
