We booked a suite with 2 adults and 2 children and were given a room with only a single queen bed and a couch that did not fold out. Romulus the night auditor was completely unapologetic, unhelpful, and condescending.

I picked this hotel over another one because it was supposed to have a hot tub. It did not, It was filled in with concrete

The pool is great. Great location. Nice staff. The only down side was it said there was a hot tub, and there was NO hot tub. Otherwise, great hotel.

Awesome staff, clean comfortable rooms, gym, pool and restaurant!

Restaurant was poor - little service warm coffee etc. Bar ok. The whole place is a bit odd. Wasn’t sure how to get in - cab driver circled once to find door. Rooms are clean. Front desk has mostly new employees

Very nice hotel. Right off interstate. Very clean rooms and staff is super nice.

Nice place. Quiet and clean. Nice staff. Very convenient to eateries and shopping

Over all looks nice in pictures. But... you can't be great without great staff. Walked in 3 workers were present one was working other two just stood there. Finally after needing to make it to a weeding on time I asked for help checking in rectuantly they did. I booked through Orbitz and thought all would be good. They charged me again for the room and wasn't notice until the only nice employee there checked me out. Room was ok had some sort of allergy problem with something in hotel hallways smell musty and moldy. Again it looks clean and safe. Beware of location look somewhere else. The hotel has an identity problem Hilton? Double Tree? No standard of service that you would expect both to bring. They need new staff with a hospitality attitude, I work in the industry and would say time to clean house. Obviously the hotel manager doesn't pay attention to what's actually going on. Hotel is big parking is fine but not all outside doors work with room key like they should so you have to walk around to get back in building. Over all very disappointed with experience. I didn't feel safe in the area it was in nice looking hotel in the pictures but kind of run down around the area. WIFI was a joke luckily I was only staying one night. Once in the room it was quiet. I tried calling lobby 4 times to get information and phone just kept ringing. Finally I got a put out HELLO... and the information that I Was given was incorrect info. No good I expected so much better.

The elevators did not work at that time for some hours wich we had it to walk all the way from floor 4th up and down lots of times and it is not good with my condition that i just had a surgery.

By far one of the best hotels I've stayed in a long time. Highly recommended! Extremely clean and staff went above and beyond for us, super friendly!

Really nice hotel. Cleaning employees don't communicate with guest when you ask a question about something.

I stayed here while visiting family in Omaha, the hotel is less than 2 minute from where I grew up. Having seen this hotel in its many forms over the years I was excited to find a clean and comfortable hotel so close to my family. Overall the hotel was comfortable. The staff was for the most part friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nicely renovated, the restaurant onsite handy for a drink or a snack. That said there were several little things that could have been better. While the bed was comfy the room seemed small. There wasn’t a ton of counter space in the bathroom and being a girl, counter space is important. It was also odd that there was no mini-fridge in the room. I don’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel of any price point that didn’t have a min-fridge. The room descriptions should be more specific about these things. Also, the bathtub was super slippery and there was no mat or anything to prevent slipping in the shower. My big complaint however, is my room was only cleaned once during my entire trip and that was after my first night. I realize I may be on a west coast schedule for sleeping but I was out of my room by 9am each day and not once was it cleaned. Since it was just me there wasn’t much to clean up and I don’t care about my sheets and towels being replaced every day but I think if hotel rooms are going to be not cleaned at all then perhaps that should also be made clear to guests. I will probably give them

The scheduling process was easy, scheduled on Orbitz, first room given was right by the elevator, noisy and the second directly opposite the freeway, NOISY!. The staff was nice and accommodated desire to get a room that was satisfactory. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The pool was out of service and the exercise facility minimal. It fit our needs but if wanting more comfort, would need to go elsewhere.

Clean and comfortable. Quiet at night. Friendly staff.

Was there on a very busy weekend. Room was clean and comfortable. Service was great. Nothing extravagant, but a good value for the price. Restaurant left something to be desired.

The hotel was packed because the population of Omaha increases @. 10% when WB and CM hold their annual meeting. Perhaps the hotel owners can take this windfall and buy some new ceiling tiles. By the looks of things, this hotel has not been updated in 50 years.

Thanks for staying with us. And you are right, we do not have a hot tube, we haven't had one for almost a year and we took it out of the description of the hotel. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hope we get to see you again in the future.
