The staff at the front desk was so nice and welcoming! Our room was clean and nice. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance, but sometimes that cannot be helped. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff were exceptional! Greeted us with smiles and pleasant conversation. Texted once we got to our room to make sure everything was ok. Staff the next morning in the breakfast area were pleasant and food was hot and good variety. When we left, front desk staff bid us farewell with smiles. Only suggestion about the hotel is that it could use some up grading. The carpet in our room was showing its age and felt a little grungy under our feet. Bed lamps didn’t match and one was pretty outdated.

We had a horrible night due to other guests. A full basketball team was screaming and running around. I was disappointed that I had to give the staff member a solution to the issue. I also had to move my stuff two floors up while the elevator was broken. Pool was also broken so we couldn’t enjoy that. Staff was great overall though.
