Friendly staff, clean room, near and a few feet from the ocean. Pool hours should be lowed to 9 pm-we were 3rd floor and had to listen to people at pool too early in morning Xmas music at pool was blasting abd late at night. Get a room away from pool if you're an early night sleeper and late riser. That was our only issues otherwise excellent location.

No hot tub. They used to have one, and it's gone. But the atrium indoor pool is heated, which is very pleasant. Food: We ordered the salmon sandwich for lunch, but it arrived with cold/lukewarm/stiff fries. When we mentioned this to the wait staff, we were informed it was not possible, because the food was cooked fresh and came straight from the kitchen. OK, not worth a fight - we just did NOT eat the fries and did NOT use the restaurant again. Plenty of choices available nearby. Beach access is very good and convenient. The hotel was renovated and our suite was well-appointed, practical, modern and clean. The air-conditioning did not make much noise and the thermostat was responsive. We would definitely recommend the resort for couples with young kids. The pool is made for them....

The suites where huge and extremely clean, my view however sucked, because I was facing the parking garage. Had dinner at the onsite restaurant, very disappointed. Food was cold, you could tell it had been previously prepared and reheated, not to mention overpriced. Also Beach amenities were very overpriced.

Everything was great absolutely no complaints! The pool was a nice size. Our room faced the pool on bottom floor. The only problem I did have was the WiFi it’s not so good at least on the bottom floor. You have access to the beach from back door. They have a coffee shop and al carte breakfast you can pay for. It’s walking accessible to plenty of stores. Will visit again. It’s pretty pricey in August (summer months no late check outs as well)

No ice and early wake up call

The hotel was nice but the description said we would have an ice maker and we did not. There wasn’t one in our fridge nor were there any ice machines in the hotel. Also, we were woken up at 6am by a call to our room saying that our smoke detector was going off even though it wasn’t. That was quite a bummer to be woken up so early on our one morning there.

The room was clean. There could be some renovations made to modernize the room. You could tell where they had taken stuff off the wall in the bathroom and didn’t paint over where they fix the holes. The parking was easy. The bar food was amazing. The pool was really nice. My only actual complaint is that the hot water takes forever to come on. You have to run it for at least 15 minutes to get any kind of hot water. I was on the eighth floor.

It felt like my fiancé and I were right at home .. They staff was nice and friendly.The resort was nicely decorated our room was big and spacious We loved every bit of it … They even feed us upon check out… It was the absolute best

Anniversary trip first time stay

Room 406 was perfect!! Clean, spacious and the best view. From bell hops to guest services and room service everything was perfect. We will definitely return and stay here again. Thank you for the great 23 anniversary memories.
