Really nice hotel. Very clean and great amenities. Nice pool friendly staff nice gym.

Great Staff, very clean room, excellent facility, would highly recommend.

The hotel is in a good location on a nice stretch of the beach. Our room was clean but dated, and several of the slats from the blinds were missing. The pool is nice, but the parking garage was difficult to navigate with our van. We were supposed to stay three nights, but our youngest got very sick and we had to leave after the first night. Yes, it was in the hotel's right to charge us for the other two nights, but it's poor customer service. It was a weekend and the room would have been filled. They got our money this time, but they have lost a repeat customer.

Hotel is very dated, the beach is not clean, and the hotel smells.

Facility is nicely laid out with parking garage easily accessible. Check in was quick and easy with plenty of friendly bell hops available. Found all staff to be friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was not up to the quality of the rest of hotel.

Wifi is spotty and light bulb on the balcony doesn't work

The room was great -- ours opened up directly to the beach ! I could hear the sounds of the waves crashing against the shore. We were able to walk the beach early in the morning before sunrise and in the evening for sunset. I was able to capture to capture BEAUTIFUL pics. Love Ocean City !!

We booked our room through orbitz. The hotel would not honor any coupons we received through our email, even though we have stayed there about 5 times. The first room we went to had a bad odor from the dishwasher. The staff promptly moved us to another room, which was much better.

Our stay would have been a lot nicer had it not been for the construction right outside our room which interrupted our view of the beach and ocean. We would like to have the same room again without the construction. Schooners Sunday Breakfast Buffet is one to be missed. Other than that, Very nice hotel.

While this hotel has many great features, my concern was finding where my room was in relation to the other conference rooms.

Very nice hotel at a great location I would recommend this hotel for business or pleasure

This is a wonderful, although slightly dated resort. We went there offseason in late October. The indoor pool and facilities are great (workout room could use some varied equipment), and the room's kitchenette was well stocked. About halfway through our stay, we smelled a very strong paint thinner smell. We called the desk, and the staff asked if we wanted to move rooms. We said no, as we were going out for the day. The clerk told us she would ask maintenance to stop whatever they were doing, to eliminate the smell. We later saw painters in rooms which were below ours. When we returned, the smell was better, but it returned when we went to bed. It was so bad my wife had to sit out on the balcony with a blanket and pillow because she was coughing so much. We discovered the smell was coming from the ventilation shaft in the bathroom, so closing the bathroom door helped a lot. I realize a hotel must do such work, but they really should have considered moving people to the other side of the hotel. Other than this very annoying (and unhealthy) experience, everything was great. The staff was friendly, but when I mentioned the problem at the desk upon checkout, the clerk asked did you call the down about it?, without even looking up at me. It seems a hotel of this caliber would want to fix such a situation for their guests, or at least make adequate ventilation arrangements. We had no idea how bad the smell would get, but we should have taken the offer to switch rooms.

Planned my stay on a whim, and I was so happy with my choice to stay at the Princess Royale. I walked pretty much everywhere I wanted to go, didn't have to take car any where unless I wanted to. The hotel was quiet, perfect ocean views very comfortable and crisp fall weather. I had a great weekend recharge and will definitely come back to stay at the Princess if I can.

This place has everything you need and is a great value for off-peak travelers.

Every time me and my family go to Ocean City MD we always stay at this hotel and ask for the same room.

The stay in the hotel was very nice. The place is nice and pleasant. The staff was very helpful and accommodating .

Hotel and room was very good overall, only exception was the closet door in room got stuck wouldn't open probably and carpet going to bedroom area was damp wet due to a water leak from refrigerator.

Hotel was clean and staff was great. Only complaint is the limited parking. Had to park the truck and trailer 2 blocks away and even finding place to park the motorcycle was a problem.

My wife and I are repeat visitors to this hotel. They have a very nice facility with a large indoor swimming pool and both indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Adequate parking with the on site parking garage. There is also an on site bar and restaurant. Our room was very spacious and clean. It had a kitchenette which would be nice for an extended stay. We were greeted by a very friendly front desk person. His name was Robert. We arrived early and Robert allowed us to check in early because our room was ready. Hotel occupancy falls off on post Labor day week days. Had a very nice stay. Have no fear in booking at the Princess Royale. Our experiences have always been very positive.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The only disappointment is there is no outdoor pool. There is an indoor pool but the water is very cold. The rooms were very clean but they are very outdated. The hotel can definitely use a makeover but is still very nice. The air conditioner in the room is extremely loud. Overall though. had a great time at this hotel.
