This property has the potential to be amazing, but in my opinion, the company that owns it is dropping the ball on the staff that works there. They barely have staff, they outsource cleaning companies, (who do an awful job at cleaning by the way) maintenance is limited, you have to take out your own trash, no one enters your room EVER during your stay to tidy up, make beds or changed sheets, vacuum, NOTHING. They blame it on Covid, but i think it’s clearly lack of funding. Coffee pots are broken.. the staff honestly was very nice and tried their best and I actually felt bad for them. Their management company is the problem. Get your act together. We will not be returning

I did not use the swimming pool but looks very nice having it at first floor makes unique I did not like the sofa too old stained, TV did not work, too old too WI FI never worked I reported but nothing happened (My devises wont accept password that front desk gave me) kept say incorrect Pw. other wise everything was cleaned and neat front desk nice people.

The property was great except the microwave was not cleaned and housekeeping did not clean it. We ended up cleaning it so we could use it. The staff is very friendly. There was a great view of the water from our balcony. Walking distance to restaurant, shopping, and beach.

The property is in need of an upgrade. The sofa in my room looked dirty and like something from the sixties and the dining room chairs were also beat up and dirty looking and dusty. I put a sheet on the sofa it in order to feel comfortable sitting on it. No heat it was cold and we had to get a space heater. The desk clerks were friendly and responsive within their abilities. I spent 10 minutes on my hands and knees cleaning the bathroom floor with a sponge because it was dirty and had not been mopped. I also had to clean shower walls, it looked like someone had splashed shampoo or shower gel on the walls. I liked that it was a short walk to Fagers Restaurant and the view was nice. I would not stay there again due to the cleanliness issues.

I informed the front desk shortly after arrival water cold in in-room jacuzzi(main reason for booking for 19th wedding anniversary).. Was taking shower and water turned off..was told due to boiler issues. I am handicapped and needed a shower chair that broke and had duct tape on the legs..ceiling fans didn't work hence floor fan in closet. Was told no one to work on issues until after checkout. Received call at 745pm on 2/15/21 to see if we wanted to move to another room..front desk objected to bringing key up to our room. I declined room change bc it was on a lower floor and the move was too much for me and my wife when checkout was so early at 10am

It was a great resort. The hotel room was spacious with a beautiful view. It even had a kitchen space which was cool. The location was close to amazing restaurants and only 15 minutes from the beach. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Everyone was very nice, the hotel ,hotel room was clean .the only thing was the microwave was rusty in the inside and the headboard looked like it was patched up.we enjoyed our time and plan on coming back.

We loved the view of the bay from our corner room and the additional area in the hotel for gathering with friends in the Tower. The hotel is very pretty but yes it needs some updates, which they said are going to happen soon. The only downfall to me was the check out time. 10am is a bit unheard of for many hotels so we asked for a late checkout but they wouldn’t allow it. They said that housekeeping was not permitting late checkouts that day even though I’m sure they did not have many guests coming in on a Sunday.

Location of this property is good and the price was right, but the furniture is dated, some of the desk help are surly, and our room was not serviced at all during our two night stay. When I inquired they said housekeeping was gone for the day, did I leave a "Do Not Disturb"? No, we did not leave a "Do Not Disturb" and even after letting them know, no one came to the room to refresh coffee or make the bed. Checkout is also at 10 a.m. - on the early side, especially in October!!

The ceiling fan needed replace. The air condition need replace. They gave use two fans because the room was too hot. Location was fabulous. Had to pay an additional fee to clean the room. They ran out of bathroom tissue paper

We booked the presidential suite and I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of room we had! The room was very nicely furnished and we really enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that could be spruced up but really insignificant. That is the only reason I didn't give the highest rating. We will definitely stay there again!

the room was more then what we were expecting! had a huge Jacuzzi in our master bedroom, the shower was Huge! we had a living room, dining room table, and a kitchen, and two small balconies. very spacious. the front desk was so welcoming, and friendly. we will be returning again!
