The property really needs a makeover. The room was damp, the tile floor could be dangerous because it was all uneven and some corners were sticking up, the furniture was old and should be replaced. The elevators were a bit scary, we took the stairs mostly. They charge for parking. The pool area was decent. The photos made it look much better than it is.

Had a great stay with the family! Bay views from the balcony in our suite were spectacular. Clean room with a fully functional kitchen. Several nice restaurants and bars in walking distance. Pool and hot tub area were clean and a great place to relax. Will definitely stay here again.

We were not informed that you had to pay per day for parking, which is dumb consodering we paid to stay there.The AC in our room was not working. Our room was damp, humid feeling. The arcade room, half the games didnt even work. The pool was nice, and the location was nice.

The first room was filled with visible white mold everywhere and it had a dehumidifier running. They assigned me another room which was not much better. The shower had zero water pressure and no hot water. It was fifteen dollars a night to use their parking lot which was pretty empty. This place has changed ownership or something since last year. There is a homeless lady who hangs out in the parking lot. Not safe DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

This resort was a good price for the location. However they really need to upgrade the furniture and items in the rooms. The property need a facelift. The staff were friendly. I did not like the new parking fee of $15 per day.

surprise when I arrived.

upon arrival was told I had to pay a parking fee when the add said free parking. The water in the shower was reversed hot was cold and cold was hot. mildew smell in the hallway on the floor we stayed on and fans running constantly. staff was polite and helpful with my issues.

My husband and I stayed in a suite for our anniversary and we had a lovely stay. The room was updated, clean and had plenty of space. The jacuzzi tub and kitchen were a big draw for choosing this rental. Donna at the front desk was very kind a accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Hot water can take up to 15 minutes to get to your room with all three spigots wide open. Popcorn ceiling shedding leaving white dust throughout the room. No daily cleaning service - have to request toiletries, coffee, creamer, cups, towels etc. not what it use to be except for higher prices.

This hotel is in somewhat disrepair. We checked in, got unpacked and realized the AC wasn’t working. Maintenance came, had to go get a thermometer, looked at the AC and said, “I’ll make a note”. We were later moved to another room with a much better air conditioner. We were expected to police our own trash and dirty linens, make notes of what we used and place them outside of our room. We saw no housekeeping staff during our stay except on checkout. The sofa ed was extremely uncomfortable for the kids. When the internet didn’t work, we were told, “well it should be working.” Frankly we expected more for what we paid to stay here. This hotel gives Wyndham a bad name.

When I first arrived, I was disappointed that the pool was closed which is why we picked this hotel. It did open the day after and we only got to enjoy it for a day. The hotel was very clean, a little outdated but overall it was a nice place to stay. I would stay again as it was two blocks from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming.

Where do I begin? This property is old; I had no air conditioning for two days and reported the issue, but nothing was fixed. Rooms were dirty, never received housekeeping, elevators (buttons/panels) were filthy, communication poor, and this place needs a major overhaul. No, I would not recommend it.”

The staff was really nice but the overall conditions of the room were bad. You can tell the furniture and bathroom were made in the 90s probably. The smoke detector was hanging when we got there and thw Thermostat was loose off the wall.

This is more like a motel rather then a Resort. My partner didn’t like it at all so unfortunately we didn’t even stay more than an hour. Although kitchen supplies and bathroom were clean the rest of the Room was dirty. Stains on the couch, dirt on the floor, stains on the window, spiders and flies, plus closet door was broken. The list goes on. I even took pictures for my view because this was a business trip. View from the room was nice however pool was closed ( now although they says it on their website, I missed it because I didn’t book on their website, hints 3rd party booking) Over all needs an update on almost everything. Lost my money because I couldn’t get a full refund but lesson learned.
