"Great friendly staff, clean rooms, great location."

Just stayed one night; hotel was close to Bryant park; Staff was very helpful; pointed out that walking to end of block(5th avenue) was best way to get Uber car for LaGuardia airport; bathroom was more than adequate with strong shower

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Good location and very helpful and friendly staff. Only negatives were the tiny room and need for better lighting in the room.

Our stay was terrific. All of our needs were met. The staff was extremely helpful. We would stay there again. New York City was wonderful, with lots to do.

Four night stay for a family of four. Great location, very close to the Empire State Building. Buffet-style breakfast was included in the price which is why we chose to stay there. If you go down before 8 am it is not too crowded. The queen size beds were comfortable after a full day out. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but there was a musty odor, we think from the a/c. We ended up turning off the air conditioning and opened the window. Since we were there just to sleep it wasn't a real problem but I did complain about it at check out. I would also add that there isn't any real security here. It is a busy tourist hotel with two people in reception who cannot possibly control the comings and goings of the many guests. We put our electronics and passports in the safe when we weren't in the room and didn't want to take them with us. For the price we were expecting worse, so we were happy with it.

Good location, quiet, clean , ice, laundry, breakfast buffet very good, coffee, juice, oatmeal, eggs, breads, bagels etc.

We had a very nice 5 day stay. We were two parents with teens, and the room was a typical size but we managed to be very comfortable. The A/C stopped working for us our first night, but was serviced quickly. The breakfast was good, but the oatmeal was too runny. The breakfast is taken down promptly, and not even the coffee is left out for late arrivers. I think they could relax on at least the coffee. The hotel was full when we were there, and the line for breakfast was very slow each morning. Maybe the flow could be improved?

It was a really nice experience . Would recommend everyone to stay here

Great location, three blocks from the Empire State Building and five blocks from Grand Central Station. Decent breakfast. Clean rooms and super friendly staff.

The location is perfect. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is free, but crowded and awkward. Rooms are clean and roomy. A great deal.

Friendly staff who remembered me when I came back that evening, very clean rooms and breakfast was a nice treat. Perfect location.
