Very nice. Our room was on the small side, but perfectly comfortable. The bathroom was brand new. The location was great. This may become our go-to hotel for NYC!

Very courteous and helpful staff. Great location and beautiful marble carvings and walls near elevators.

This was a very nice hotel in an excellent part of central Manhattan. Right beside the subway and walking distance to many top NY attractions. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, and facilities were nice. We were also upgraded for free, which we appreciated. I would like to come back when I visit NY again.

Our room was not ready at check in but they gave us complimentary tickets to the bar while we waited. It was taking quite a while so they upgraded our room so we could finally check in. Location was great, staff was very nice, room was very nice and spacious. Would stay there again when it the city.

Very nice surprise to get a room on very short notice in mid town Manhatten for under $200 (before taxes and fees, etc.).

historic (first hotel built in NYC), clean, great location, good price, especially for new york manhattan..

Easy walks to main attractions in NYC, central to many activities.

The location is on the edge of Time Square and as a result very busy, even for NY standards. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are quite small.

Its Location very good , restaurants, coffee shops, shopping just minuets. But early checkout by 11 AM.

location was really good however, room was not clean.

We we're so pleased. Doorman Ronnie was so helpful. Also gal at desk helped with our tickets. All staff top of the line.

The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. They allowed my mom to check in early and they were also there to check in on us when our heat was not working. They sent help and extra blankets.

Nice hotel, good price, great location. Nice staff

Radisson has a great location near Bradway. Good experience.

I filled out the online form for early arrival. a room was not ready . However, when we returned we had been upgraded to a penthouse suite. Nice. The hotel has some beautiful appointments. Esp. its historical importance. Even though thru the yrs. it has been jury-rigged. It is a bit dirty. Not the rooms. The food is great!! I was there this summer w/ my sister who has a consulting job and her group stays there. So that was my first intro to the rad. Would I stay again. Probably not. Thanks.

This hotel is in a great location. 2 blocks from Penn Station, steps from the subway, and close to everything else is midtown. It's actually in Korea Town, which means good food abounds. The hotel is older, but nice, clean and fancy enough without seeming stuffy. Layout of the hallway is a bit confusing and narrow, but fine. Room is typical NYC small, but big enough and very clean and comfortable. Restaurant and bar on site, but you're in NYC - why not go out??

If you are looking into a decent hotel with a great location and use the hotel just to sleep this is okay. Otherwise, the hotel rooms are old, the bed is awful and there is not much to else to mention.

this is in the heart of ever, thing near shops restaurants & transportation
