Only complaint was the room was very noisy being so close to the elevators

We had a great stay at the Radisson. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we had plenty of room for the 4 of us.We were concerned about the room being pet friendly. My daughter is highly allergic to animals ;but it was not an issue. The location was great and would stay there again. .

Beautiful lobby once you can find the hotel. Lots of construction and scaffolding outside make the entrance a mess. Such is NYC. Fire alarm was set off on a Saturday night after midnight and it’s ear piercing alarm went off for 30 minutes before being shut off...horrible. No way you could sleep. Reserved a king bed and was given a double bed at check in. On the plus side manager Reuben really went out of his way to try to make us happy.

This hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff were nothing but wonderful. However, if you have a room that faces the street, this is an -incredibly- noisy environment, particularly if you are there during the weekend. The room is not sound insulated terribly well. The room is also quite small. I also had the experience that there were some dead bugs in the corner of my room (but at least they were dead?). If I had to choose again, for the cost, I would likely go somewhere else.

What keeps this from being a 5 rating is the room service wait staff - they need better training, both in service and language, if they are to represent this quality of hotel. They were not rude at all, simply somewhat immature and inexperienced, which a bit of training would have easily helped.

Check in with simple. The room is clean. Room size was a bit small. This seems to be typical for New York mid range hotels. Located right in the middle of Korea town. The location was great.

Rooms are very small. Room service only open till 10pm but staff was excellent and would stay again.

Very nice. Our room was on the small side, but perfectly comfortable. The bathroom was brand new. The location was great. This may become our go-to hotel for NYC!

Very courteous and helpful staff. Great location and beautiful marble carvings and walls near elevators.

This was a very nice hotel in an excellent part of central Manhattan. Right beside the subway and walking distance to many top NY attractions. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, and facilities were nice. We were also upgraded for free, which we appreciated. I would like to come back when I visit NY again.

Our room was not ready at check in but they gave us complimentary tickets to the bar while we waited. It was taking quite a while so they upgraded our room so we could finally check in. Location was great, staff was very nice, room was very nice and spacious. Would stay there again when it the city.

Very nice surprise to get a room on very short notice in mid town Manhatten for under $200 (before taxes and fees, etc.).

historic (first hotel built in NYC), clean, great location, good price, especially for new york manhattan..

Easy walks to main attractions in NYC, central to many activities.

The location is on the edge of Time Square and as a result very busy, even for NY standards. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are quite small.

Its Location very good , restaurants, coffee shops, shopping just minuets. But early checkout by 11 AM.

location was really good however, room was not clean.

We we're so pleased. Doorman Ronnie was so helpful. Also gal at desk helped with our tickets. All staff top of the line.

The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. They allowed my mom to check in early and they were also there to check in on us when our heat was not working. They sent help and extra blankets.

Nice hotel, good price, great location. Nice staff
