Worst experience ever ! I emailed the property earlier in the week that we would be a late arrival probably about 8:30 or 9pm. Was told no problem. We arrived at the hotel about 8pm and when we tried to check in was told that we had no reservation. I showed the desk clerk my confirmed reservation and remarked that I had emailed earlier and she replied yes, she was the one who had answered me. She did some more looking into the computer and I was told that a family member had canclled my reservation at noon on the day of the reservation. When I asked why, she went back to talk to him and I was then told because I was a no show on Thursday. My reservation was for Friday and Saturday night. He would not come out of the office to talk to me. He finally walked out to the front desk but would not talk to me and wouldn not even look at me. So at 8:30 on a friday night, I was left scrambling for a place to stay as I was told the hotel was full. I ended up finding a room in Joplin , MO, 30 minutes away and ended up paying a much higher price for the weekend.
My room had new flooring and was clean and comfortable.
I'd like it very much but the only bad thing about it is when you walked in the hall to your room it smelled like cigarettes but later that nite it was gone
