Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Very nice area.

Hotel was great and comfy and room was private! The only downfall was breakfast hours need to be extended, but other than that it was a perfect place to stay!

I picked this hotel not really expecting too much frills. When I arrived, I was surprised to see much more than what I expected. My room was GORGEOUS, it definitely looked like a model picture. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone in the future.

Friendly people. Clean, comfortable room. Nice location. We would stay here again.

Hotel met expectations, great breakfast, friendly staff, rooms cleaned daily. The location was perfect, close to Nashville and enjoyed pond right next store as well. I will look for a Residence Inn the next time that I travel.

2nd time to stay here, good both times and will stay again if in area, friendly staff.

I arrived in Brentwood a few hours early and they let me check in early which was awesome. Having a stove and refrigerator and dishwasher saved us money. The real fireplace in the room was awesome. They even had grills outside if you want to cook out. The breakfast was good and the staff was awesome. The room was one of the cleanest room I have ever been in. It was a close drive to Nashville. Great place to stay. I will definitely go back. The only bad think was the upstairs neighbors were loud doping stuff on floors

The check-in was very easy and pleasant. The desk clerk could not have been nicer both at our arrival and at the departure. I was surprised at the outrageous non-refundable pet fee of $117+, which I did find on the hotel website after we arrived but did not see through Orvis. I am accustomed to $10-25 pet fees all over the country, or maybe nothing, and $50-75 at high-end hotels in Manhattan (Affinia, etc.), but I have never heard of a fee like that. Otherwise the rate was reasonable for the facility. There were a few housekeeping problems, though. When we arrived, I found the kitchen counters sticky and went to the front desk to get cleaner. The clerk offered to send housekeeping, but at 9 PM we were too tired and preferred to do it ourselves. In the morning I was greeted with the old coffee grounds in the coffee pot and a very dirty microwave. Something with cheese must have exploded in there. I cleaned both. The kitchen was VERY nice--lovely new appliances, granite counter top, spacious. The rest of the room was very pretty--nicely decorated, well appointed, good furniture, and the bed and pillows were wonderful. The bathroom space was tight, but a large vanity with sink and seating area made up for it. A little seat would make it perfect. The tub was dangerous in that the bottom was very slick and there was absolutely nothing to hold on to for getting in and out--not even a soap dish in the wall or any space on the left side to place a hand. Fortunately I had brought a rubber mat for the tub or I might still be there. The breakfast was more than adequate but not outstanding. The location very near I-65 made it accessible to other things in Nashville and very easy to find. Being in the Maryland Farms area gave the hotel a very residential feel and was very quiet and pleasant. All in all, we had a very good time, but I'm afraid I would choose another place because of the pet fee. Adding $117 to a two-night stay just does not taste right.

Very nice rooms with all the conveniences of home. The staff was very accomodating as well.

Darrell greeted me with a great smile and wonderful suggestions for eating out. When I asked him about nearby restaurants, he recommended his favorite, Mere Bulles. His recommendation was perfect! Mere Bulles had wonderful service, superb ambience, and delicious food. Ask for Kevin if you plan on going there. My son and I were only in Brentwood for a few days, but our stay at the Residence Inn was ideal. The room was clean, roomy, and the bed was very comfortable. If you're traveling needs require more than one bed, I'd suggest getting two beds as the pull out bed from the couch was a bit uncomfortable. It was just far enough away from Nashville to be convenient yet relaxing. The location, service, and value were great. The breakfast was also ideal; convenient, good variety, and tasty:) Would definitely stay here again, when visiting Nashville.

Aside from its location, the Brentwood Marriotts Residence Inn was an excellent stay. The room was updated to a modern feel. the staff were all very friendly and inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay!!! Offers the comforts of home. Enjoyed the amenities. Safe and comfortable environment. Looking forward to my next visit!

Always great! Great staff, location and accommodations!

So glad I did not stay in downtown Nashville! This place was perfect in every way and a great value. Staff was courteous and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

I couldn't have asked for better service and the rooms were clean and spacious. When I needed something extra the staff offered help in getting it and providing it in some cases. I needed an early check in because of a cranky toddler who needed a nap and no questions asked they helped me to find one. They were thorough and customer service and smiling guests were a main priority. They genuinely seemed to care about my experience during my stay and seemed to enjoy their jobs.

I only stayed one night on a business trip, but for my purposes it was fine. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the staff was friendly. It was conveniently located for what I needed to do, at least.

When you check in, Jonathan makes you feel like an old friend. Southern hospitality is in full bloom here. They front staff were so helpful about places to go and things you did not want to miss. They offered maps, print outs, and great directions. The room attendant left sweet notes each day. Full kitchen, nice pool, good breakfast, and mid week evening cookout.Great location! 10 minutes down Franklin street(no hiway) and you are downtown. Easy choice to stay there again.

Lovely accommodation in a love quiet location. Very good room service and warm staff. The Breakfast is also very good. Good accommodation for the family. We enjoyed our stay and plan to use the hotel when ever we are in Nashville. We have stayed in several Residence Inn by Marriott, this is really good. I recommend this with high confidence

Upon check in Jonathan made me feel so welcome. The staff is the friendliest I've met. The room attendants did a thourough job cleaning and were attentive to my request. The location is easy to get to downtown - 10 minute down Franklin. The neighborhood is upscale and has stores and restaurants within minutes. I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff were nicer. This is the model other hotels should use.

Great experience both times Ive been there. Friendly staff, nice complex, and easy access to pool.
