She double booked us and stranded us with no where to stay. Be careful when booking. She didn’t answer our calls for over an hour while we were locked outside trying to get in. She finally called back when Vrbo got in contact with her.

Nashville nightmare

Upon arriving to the property we found that it was double booked and the other party had ashtray checked in. It was nearly 6:00 pm in downtown nashville we found out that we didn't have a place to stay. The host, Justine, canceled my reservation and sent us in our way. Fortunately, we found a room for the 4 of us but, because it was last minute, it was much higher. We had to change dinner reservations because we had no place to get ready. I have another home reserved for Siesta Keys in June and I'm now worried that this will happen again.

Great townhome

This town house was great. The house was located in great proximity to downtown Nashville and in a safe community in East Nashville. The owner was able to accommodate an earlier check in which was super helpful. The beds were super comfortable and had great showers. We loved the rooftop, overall great stay and would stay again.
