Flights Review

My plane as delay from MDT to IAD. I was set to miss my connection to BNA when I was called to the front of the plane on landing, and a United agent walked me across the tarmac to my connecting flight. WOW!! That was incredible. Thanks to her (and United), I made it to Nashville on time, for my big JOB INTERVIEW later that morning. That experience is something I will never forget!

Great flight

Jun 2, 2019

Very nice and friendly professional staff across the board, right sized equipment for the flight, ample overhead size luggage compartments made everything manageable. Ground crew in Nashville is always undermanned especially on weekends, long luggage wait and the typical tarmac wait to park, though that was shorter then normal (a few, not 10 minutes).

Dec 3, 2018

Although the flight was delayed the staff was consistently announcing updates. The American Airlines text message notification was informative as well.
