Very friendly staff! Everything was clean and well stocked.

I chose this property because of location and becase on its website it had the best COVID-19 precautions. I was not dissappointed.

Let’s just say that for a hotel with Hyatt name or affiliation to Hyatt this place was terrible. It absolutely was not even worth the 4.2?stars rating that it had. This would be more like a -4.2 stars. The side entrance to another room was going through middle of my room. This place most likely was a doctors clinic or some vet shop before that was converted to a Hyatt. I won’t even consider this even a hotel, hell even motel 6 is better than this. Never book a room here, unless you want some total stranger to walk through the middle of your room while making love to your girl or wife.

The guy at our check in was happy and you could tell that he truly loved his job. He was quick to provide additional amenities that were not in our room (due to Covid) upon arrival. The bed was extremely comfortable just like home. Two things that were disturbing, I reserved two rooms for us and my parents for a wedding in town. They pulled back the covers on the bed and discovered 3 dead bugs. I told them at least they were dead. Also when my dad turned on the water in the sink sediment came pouring out. Most likely due to Covid not being used for several months. Breakfast was great and we felt safe and convinced that much was done to clean and sanitize every aspect of the hotel. So all in all it was great.

Room was not clean. Carpet had icing stains. Shower curtain has mildew, sink stopper did not work. Reported for thing the next morning since I checked in around midnight. Was gone all day came back and the room was still in the same state. Very disappointed.

Bathroom was the smallest I have stayed in. Cruise ship bathrooms are even larger. Exhaust fan inside the bathroom was designed to run constantly so at night it was going making sleeping annoying. Management said it was designed this way!!! Again, something I never experience before. Lights on the entrance sign were not operating along on the street with many lights along the drive entrance road not functioning so we couldn’t find our way arriving late the first night.

They gave us two bottles of water at checkout. Breakfast was nice too!

Huge rooms, excellent breakfast, very clean, excellent views.

Tiniest bathroom. Could barely get dressed in there. Outlets in room did not work. And absolutely no outlets by the beds. Staff was all very nice.

the place was very comfortable. the bathroom was very small and you could barely get the door closed to the shower and toilet room. we stayed there 4 nights and they forgot to clean and refresh our room two nights.
