Great staff very well adapted to the China virus. However, breakfast was very disappointing. There is no reason not to have a chief making omelets and pancakes. Instead we receive a styrofoam filled with cold scrambled eggs and sausage links. You can do better.

The lobby is gorgeous. The room was okay, but very clean and comfortable. The parking area was a bit sketchy and the neighborhood was loud all night, not counting the airplanes which was already expected.

This place was great, front desk was so helpful and polite! Only one complaint, I am a senior and the toilet was really low! But great place, great price!

My wife and I appreciate the staff and the cleanliness of the room. However the minor gripe we had was the tv remote didn’t work even with new batteries. Overall we enjoyed our stay

The service was great. Kevin front desk representative was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The hotel and our room was very clean.

It was close to the Grand Olye Opry. Parking was free. The negatives were many. The room we stayed in had an moldy smell, carpet was wet and dirty, we had several flys sharing the room with us, and there was black mold on the ceiling. Over price for what it is.

Our stay at the Clarion was nice. It was clean. When we first arrived, the front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. The check in and out process was very quick. Many of the amenities were unavailable due to COVID.
