This is a ok hotel. I have seen worse but the worst thing is it is close to a rail road, airport and busy road. If you are a light sleeper, you are not going to get much sleep with all the noise. Room is not very insulated and can see alot of daylight around the door. Overall, the room was decently clean.

DISGUSTED. This place is a dump. Way over due for an upgrade. I woke up several times during the night to sirens. When I did finally roll out of the old worn out bed, I found a big ball of black hair had some home gotten tangled in the leg of my under wear from under the covers ( I don't have long, nor black hair). Grossed out I wanted to shower, only to find black hair in the tub. ( again not mine). This place is disgusting, don't let the pictures fool you.

I needed a clean place to stay and quarters delivered, however sleeping was quite difficult due to loud endless traffic from not only the hotel patrons, but the busy intersection the hotel was located on.

This was the worst hotel stay I have had in my life. We were charged extra for checking in at 1pm. We were also charged extra for having three adults in a two queen bed room.

Fun, clean, quite, friendly would continue to stay here

Check-in was easy, but that was the only good part about this place. The hotel was located near a very busy intersection, and there was loud traffic and police sirens all night long. The room was outdated and dirty. I found hair in the tub and a large, dead spider smashed on the ceiling in the bathroom. I also found hair on the sheets. Something bit me several times on my hand and arm while I was sleeping. I'm not sure if it was bedbugs or something else, but it was something in that room. We had asked for a late checkout and they said yes at noon, but then we were woke up with a rude call from the front desk at 11:05am asking why we had not checked out already! I will not be staying here again. There are much nicer hotels only a few exits farther in Smyrna.

Me and my husband decided the Hate to come to Nashville. We bought grand ole opry tickets and could not get the seats we wanted. So we decided to cancel 10 minutes after we ordered the room. they said they could not cancel. So we drove the extra three hours to come to Nashville went to the Grand ole opry and come to our hotel around 1130 pm. The red lady at the desk that I had spoke to before decided to go ahead and cancel it and not let anybody know. So we were stuck looking for a hotel at 11:30 at night. There was a convention in Nashville and we were unable to find a hotel for another 3 hours! And when they found out there was convention in town they raised the price of the hotel is the reason that they canceled my hotel. They charged $138 for my $50 room. This was an awful experience. We almost had to sleep in our car. I will not book from from this website again and I definitely would not stay in this hotel with the way it looks and the staff as rude as they are.

Good value but staff unfriendly and wouldn't let me check in early when I arrived at 230. So I went for a coffee and came back at 3 and my room still wasn't ready yet.

Room has updated furniture, comfortable mattress & pillows; very clean. Ceramic tile in bath. Micro and mini fridge. I'd stay again!

I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great and clean place to stay for a low price. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very clean and well equipped. Easy access to the downtown area within 10-15min. The staff was very courteous and willing accommodate me as a guest. Definitely a hotel worth staying at for one night or one week.

Where this hotel is located makes up for it's staffing shortcomings. I booked and paid extra for a non-smoking KING sized bed. When I checked in they gave me twin beds and said I can cancel if I didn't like it. (There was a big event in town and all the hotels in the area were sold out). So they could have resold my room for triple what I paid.

My brother and I were looking for a cheap place to stay the night before the vandy game. It served it's purpose. Would not bring the wife and kids here.

The seasoned motel is conveniently located one block from the freeway. Our room was clean and well furnished with new furniture. The beds were incredibly comfortable with great pillows and mattresses reminiscent of 4-star hotels. I found the staff friendly and helpful.

Very nice staff, quite accomadation, including when I locked my key in the room :)

The reason I entitled this Ice Cubed was because we were only allowed one bucket of ice. We had bought drinks we wanted to keep cold but with one bucket of ice it was near impossible. Overall the room was clean....very good price for being a holiday weeknd. Rooms were spacious and the water was HOT! Location was a GPS'D 16 min. drive from downtown but for the price the drive was worth it. Lastly i reccommend eating at the mexican restaurant across the street or a wing place called hot stuff both must stop while n that area..hope this helped and enjoy your stay at The Quarters Inn and Suites.

I made a reservation over a month in advance, primarily because we were taking our dog with us and they are listed as pet friendly. When I got to the hotel, I was told that they had no more pet friendly rooms available. I told him that I had made the reservation at this hotel specifically because we were bringing our dog with us. The owner/manager said that I had failed to indicate that on my reservation. Being the first time we have traveled with our dog, I was unaware that I had to indicate that at a "pet friendly" hotel. He said that I needed to have indicated that on the website when I made the reservation. I told him I didn't see anything about that on the website, and he said it was down at the bottom under a category that I didn't know existed. Judging by the almost completely vacant parking lot, I assume they may only have one room for pet friendly. I did get a 100% refund, but wound up having to make a reservation at another hotel for twice as much money! I can't really say whether the hotel is good or not as we were turned away on Christmas eve (sounds kinda familiar), but I would caution anyone traveling with a pet to make sure and call the hotel and confirm availability for your pet before making reservations.

The pictures of this hotel are not what they should be. We had reserved a Deluxe King suite with Jacuzzi tub.. what we got a big room with a king bed( hard as a rock and I would swear it only had springs in it, no cushion)pillows that were flat as rocks, with a bathroom (that was missing a light cover with exposed wires) with the jacuzzi tub. Yeah, standard bathtub in the bathroom with jacuzzi jets(that did not work ) with a timer setting outside the bathroom that stated only allowing a 5 min time limit.(OK even if the jets worked who was the genius that put the switch to turn it on outside the bathroom) Not to mention the walls were paper thin, a crack under the door that let in light and sound. Paint on the walls was like a 2 year old did it. Towels that were so stiff and hard, should of been tossed in the rag pile a long time ago.

We spent the evenings in Nashville at different events

Staff incredibly friendly, rooms larger than expected. Microwave and refrigerator a huge plus. Rooms quite comfortable.

Great with even late check-ins. Staff courtesy and very helpful. Room with microwave and mini-refrigerator very helpful.
