The pool landscaping was beautiful and the private access to the beach was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. The suite itself was very basic. We liked having our own kitchen but a few things like a cutting board and basic utensils would have made the kitchen easier to use. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we are thinking about coming back next year to stay in the same place.

Delightful location for visiting beach and having lunch at next door Sunset Grill right on the beach. However unit is old, tired with many things broken. Roxanne at checkin was wonderful and helped get internet working and a few other items.

The location of the property is great, and the direct beach access is definitely a big plus. However, I specifically stayed in room 213, and while the overall experience was okay, there were several issues. The unit did not have a microwave or a hair dryer, and the pans were in very poor condition, along with the rest of the kitchen. We actually had to buy a pan just to make ourselves breakfast. Additionally, the cleaning was not up to standard. After reading other reviews for different rooms, it seems like our unit may not reflect the overall quality of the property. I would recommend booking directly with the owner

The floors were grimy, the couch was stained, the toilet had dirt and hair on it, there were no bed pillows for the sleeper couch. We stayed one night and spent the other 3 nights somewhere else. The listing does not make it clear that this is not a hotel: the reception area is only staffed for limited hours. The only way to reach the staff is by texting a phone number. I was promised a refund for the nights we didn't use and haven't heard from them in more than a week.

The staff on site where very friendly and helpful. The room were not what I expected at all. So many room features were broken or not provided. First off, each unit is individually owned so we can only speak our unit during March 2026. The shared facilities have a good pool, pickleball/tennis courts, and its own path to the beach, which is nice since you aren't bunched up at the beach after taking the public path with everyone else. The unit itself had potential but was dingy. Desperately needed paint. Cords to the ceiling fans hung. Shower head was really moldy (like, chunks of mold - had to spray bleach it). Furniture was tired but serviceable. Fridge had rust on the outside but worked fine. Nothing that couldn't be fixed with some inexpensive TLC - not sure why the owner didn't do so between Christmas and Spring Break. The price was really good for that time slot. Could see staying at the facility again. Hope this unit owner makes some basic improvements.
