This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.Uptown Girl is a fabulous beach retreat offering ocean views from the rocking chairs on the front porch and balcony. A big screen TV, Jacuzzi tub, screened back porch and privacy fence add to the incredible ambiance of this beach home. This home features a full kitchen, washer and dryer and several color TVs. Just a few yards to the beach and the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier is just a few blocks away. Shopping, dining and golfing are just a short drive from Uptown Girl.

Great location-Needs deep cleaning

Really enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the porch/balcony, and plenty of space. Needs a deep cleaning. Was misinformed that there was a hot tub. The place is dated but with a good cleaning the place would be an awesome place to stay!
