Welcome to WhatTheView! 2 bedroom - BOTH bdrms (and living room too!) are ALL DIRECT OCEANFRONT (unique layout w/ more oceanfront than most condos) - 2 bath condo with breathtaking views. Bright beachy comfortable furniture on the large balcony. Best front row views on the beach! The large oversized balcony offers beautiful unobstructed ocean and coastal views as well as views of the Cherry Grove Pier. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with access to the ocean front balcony, tv, DVD player, and adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom includes queen size bed, tv, and also has access to the oceanfront balcony. No more fighting over the bedroom with the oceanfront balcony! There is a second bathroom located in the hallway. The kitchen includes stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.. There is a washer and dryer located off the kitchen area. The living area includes new living room furniture (Oct. 2024) 55 inch 4K HD smart tv, blu ray player and access to the ocean front balcony. Dining table can seat up to 4 and additional seating at the bar area. All 3 sets of sliding glass doors have screens on them so you can enjoy listening to the ocean when you are not on the beach! The condo comes furnished with towels and bed linens so that you do not have to worry with packing those things. Inside our Beach Bum closet you will find chairs, a beach wagon, coolers, umbrella, towels and other beach items to enjoy a day on the beach. We have another closet that offers books, DVDs, puzzles and board games. The large balcony includes 2 gliders and a table with 4 chairs. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs 50 pounds or less with an additional fee. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the Cherry Grove Pier. Small building with just 24 units and an oceanfront swimming pool, outdoor shower, and sun deck area. Located on the 7th floor.

We do not offer rentals longer than two weeks. We encourage all guests to purchase trip insurance in case of an unexpected emergency. We are unable to refund or reschedule past the cancellation policy.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a furnished balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Always a Fantastic stay at What the View!

This was our 5th springtime stay at this beautiful condo. We started in 2019 (2 of us at the condo, spending time with family down the block). Last year we added a niece and her son to our stay, and it has been great for the 4 of us. Plenty of room, well kept and well equipped.JoAnna is a dream to work with…very accommodating and lets us know if it is ready before the scheduled check in. She even surprised our Jack with an Easter basket! We highly recommend this property, and the property management.

An awesome get away.

Wonderful, clean and cozy condo for a get away. We were there for the big snow storm in Jan 2025 and the views of the sunrises over the pier and the sunsets looking toward Myrtle Beach were amazing, worthy of six painting while there. Couldn't have ask for a better more relaxing four days at the beach. I plan to book this place again and love Fall and Winter at the beach.

My wife, myself, and our dog Tucker enjoyed our stay immensely. We loved waking up to the sun rising over the ocean every morning. Also, the location is fantastic, between the pier and Boulineau's IGA. We look forward to staying here again!

Peaceful oceanfront stay

Great communication with Host. Oceanfront condo had everything to make our stay comfortable n peaceful. We opened the door to a decorated n lit Christmas tree, a bag of doggie treats, n a great view of the ocean. We watched the sun rise n set. Fabulous oceanfront condo, spotless, fully equipped with everything you need from beach chairs to paper goods and linens. Large balcony with bedroom and living room access. Comfortable furniture and easy clean floors. Updated bathrooms and kitchen fully stocked. Smaller building so no waiting for the elevator. Pet friendly made it absolutely perfect. This one truly is a 5 star property.

This is our second time staying here at What a View! We love the location. The condo was thoughtfully equipped with a range of essentials needed for a comfortable stay. We brought our dog this time and the dog treats and little extras were very welcoming. And the view - it is beautiful.

What a view

The condo had everything we needed and the location was wonderful. There were some dust bunnies under the bed but everything else was clean. The drain in the master shower was slow. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Best Vacation

This was a much needed mini vacation for my husband and I. We rested, we ate, walked the beach, sat on the balcony, sunbathed on the balcony. We watched the dolphins play and the many fishing boats. We were not ready to leave. Hope to be back soon, Bob and Sylvia

Best beach location ...EVER!

My wife and I raised 4 sons and constantly used VRBO for places to stay when we traveled. When we walked into the condo, we first said, "WOW!". The place was super clean, decoratively very nice and the views were the best we've ever had at a beach location. We kept the sliding balcony doors open during the day to hear the waves all day, even while we slept. We had perfect views of the sunrise each morning. The beach was just steps away and we walked It each day. Lots of places to eat nearby. And a grocery just down the street for everything you'd need. We saved this one to use again, as it was a very relaxing time for my wife and I. JoAnna was very nice and easy to communicate with. There were no issues to be solved while here. She readily answered any questions we might have had.
