We arrived around 11:55pm, hauling a trailer and there was 2 guests ahead of us. After 25 minutes of waiting, the receptionist asked the guest before us to move aside since she couldnt find her reservation and checked us. After we were checked in and parked our truck and trailor, the keys didn’t work for our room. We walked all the way back to the walk up lobby window and waited another 15 minutes while the receptionist was still trying to figure out previous customer’s booking. When we finally got new keys to our room, the room smell like smoke so we call the front desk. She insist we got a nonsmoking room. I asked her to come to the room but she said since we didnt want the room we had to walk back to lobby to get new room. By now it’s 1:00am and she didnt have any king bed available so we settled for double bed. No apology received from receptionist. I felt she was irritated when I should be the one 😡
It was in good area the room was clean the service was a great
Close to everything. Bacon was excellent. Staff was friendly. One customer allowed his dog to relieve himself on the sidewalk near our room
Eady to find. Room was great for my wife who has trouble walking
It was fine. I was staying one night after getting stuck at the airport.
Good location, fair price, clean well maintained rooms / grounds, super breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 out of 5 is that every night a train went bye and blew a loud whistle a number of times that woke me up.
Quiet. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
I have no general complaint. I would like to take the space to tell you that I think that you are to take the time to put your faith in Jesus Christ alone for your salvation before it’s too late
We were traveling with our dog and paid extra to have her in our room. The first room assigned to us was crawling with fleas! The desk attendant seemed genuinely mortified and gave us the option of a full refund or a different room. Being 9:30 pm, we took the different room, but then had to run out to Walmart to purchase flea spray and powder to treat our dog (and the new room, just in case). Not a great end to our day on the road.
We stayed here 3 nights. It was a very convenient location for our multiple days of college visits. The facilities were nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would stay again.
It was terrible. My room wasnt ready. I then went to the room they gave me and it wasnt ready. I sat in the heat while tried to find me another. The phone in the room didnt work so i missed breakfast because i conuldnt confirm the the time with the front desk. The staff was very nonchalant and not accomodating. I will be contacting corporate I deserve at least a partial refund.
Late night reservation due to a cancelled flight. Uber ride from ATL was $24 (no traffic). A little far from ATL.
Everytime we stay here its clean quiet and the staff are awesome...
The hotel was fine for what it was booked for, a few days in town for business. Unfortunately, a very strange and uncomfortable situation happened. The hotel maid stole all of my employee's socks! Yes, socks. My employee went and complained. They talked to the maid. The maid said she thought he had checked out and left them. Everything else was still in the room!! The socks were put back. My employee had left his number and the manager was supposed to call him to discuss what had happened. He never got a call. Other then the big sock caper, everything was fine.
It was a little difficult to access the hotel. Coming from the I 75 there was no way to turn into it. You had to pass by it do a U turn and come back it was close to restaurants.
Chose this hotel because it was within budget for our quick trip for a family graduation. It was a descent place if you need a place to lay your head. The staff was outstanding in regards to customer service. Very friendly and attentive. Mellonie in the front desk in particular, was very helpful in accommodating in lieu of a booking error.
The staff was warm and friendly, answering all questions politely and in full. Breakfast included a wide variety of hot and cold foods, including waffle maker, sausages with gravy, and grits! The breakfast room attendant was also helpful and friendly. I needed to check in to a flight on line and print out boarding passes. This was extremely easy to do on the computer provided in the lobby for our use. The room was not luxurious but comfortable enough. Our stay was made special by the wonderful staff. Kudos to the manager, who was an active presence.
