I stayed at the hotel due to a early flight from the nearby airport--I was seeking a free and fast shuttle to the airport. Check-in was professional, pleasant, and quick. The room was clean and comfortable, and included a coffee maker and small refrigerator. A binder in the room explained how to ...
The lock on my room door did not work. Toilet was leaking and flush on and off all night long. Found body cream on my room dresser. Breakfast start at 6:30 so if you need to catch an early flight forget about getting any food. I ask for a quiet room and I got a room next to exit door in the end of ...
We stay here because of the free parking during your vacation and free airport transportation to RDU. Our flight came back late around 10pm and they came to get us super fast. Very friendly staff and decent breakfast.
The staff was very welcoming and efficient. My wife was feeling sick and they gave her some bedtime tea to help her - which it did. We were there to fly out early the next morning from RDU airport, and she felt much better. I would stay at this hotel next time I fly. Thank you for an excellent ...
Room was great - very clean, comfortable beds. Bathroom was good too. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was great to have a cafe right downstairs. My only complaint is that the noise from the airplanes and folks walking down the hallways carried over into the room.
Nice hotel and staff was great. Clean and comfortable. We were there 1 night but was really good
The facilities are new and fresh. The staff helpful and attentive. However, my room faced the highway and the drone of traffic was clearly heard in my room. I was dead tired so it didn't make a difference. However, if you are bothered by this ask for a room not facing the highway.
Location is ideal for restaurants, shopping, theatres, spas, etc. The staff is polite, efficient & professional. Rooms are spacious, ideal workout room, hot breakfast & newspapers included and most important is it’s cleanliness, & prompt elevators.
Every year i visit, never a dissappointment. Clean hotel, staff is great, cant beat the free breakfast. Always accomodating to your needs. I hope they stay like this as i will continue to visit and recommend this hotel to Others.
