Maybe I shouldn't say it was terrible in every aspect. But the cleanness of this hotel was really shocking and I can only remember those things when I think about this hotel. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels around this area (although I feel so bad that I had to pay more than $100 when the condition was no better than any other cheap motels) and the location is good; very close to the airport. However, there are a couple of reasons that I really disliked this hotel as well. 1. One of the reasons that I booked this hotel is because they mentioned that they offer a shuttle ride from 4:30. We were supposed to arrive at the airport before 5 so I thought it was a good deal. But unlike they announced in their advertisement, the shuttle may/may not operate from 5 am depending on the availability of the driver. Should I take a chance to miss my flight? No. 2. You will notice a weird, dingy smell everywhere. You will also see a lot of disgusting things. My bathroom sink had so many hairs and residuals from somebody's mouth (I believe that came from during brushing) - I guess this happened due to the clogged sink. It was the same situation in the bathtub as well. 3. Towels were extremely dirty. I guess they cleaned them? But they smell like they weren't and I saw dirty spots on presumably washed towels. The bedding also had a horrible smell too. I was too tired to complain (I had only 4 hours to sleep due to my schedule) but yeah, it was really bad
property is getting dated and need some upgrades, other than that, everything else was good
The property was clean and the staff were very professional. I had an issue with my room and they immediately changed me to a different. Excellent customer services.
Our room had a bathroom door that looked like it had been kicked in and glued back together. In the main room, the ceiling was peeling and hanging down.
The bathroom sink was clogged so badly it was almost filled up after a few seconds of running so I basically brushed my teeth in the shower. The toilet made a very loud noise like it was about to explode every time you flushed. The beds were tiny. We thought we were getting Queens, but they were maybe Full size so my wife and I had trouble fitting in it together. The backdoor of the hotel didn't open with our card so we had to walk all the way around the building in the cold one evening. We knew we were getting a cheaper hotel close to the airport because we had a very early flight so we were able to manage the challenges. If that's what you interested in you can make it work as well, but if you would rather have a better experience then this may not be the place for you. On the plus side though, they had a decent breakfast for the price so that helped a little.
Chose this place for transportation to airport, which was performed in helpful manner and on time.
This place is OK at best. Room has a bad mold issue from the fridge stuffed in a closet. Visible mold on the bottom of the desk.

This property is dirty, one room had bed bugs, the next room had dirty sheets with hairs all over the bed. Very disappointed. Still waiting on a call back from management.

Melissa, I am sorry for the inconvenience with the pool during your stay. Sure daytime temperatures during that time frame may have appeared to be good for a pool. However evening temperatures were in the 40's and 50's. This leaves us with a very cold pool. It just was not the time yet to open it. We needed more consistent weather. Warm Regards

I am sorry to hear of the multiple issues you experienced with your recent stay. We will be investigation the housekeeping issues with your recent stay. I have looked up the room you stayed in and we will do a deep dive into what occurred. This is not at all typical of what we provide our guests. As for the Shuttle. We advertise a 5 am to Midnight shuttle. I am unsure of where you may have seen it to be 4:30. I also don't understand the comment of the driver may or may not be there at 5:00am.
