Rooms were hot. Air conditioning did not cool entire room. But it was an extremely hot day. Staff was rude. I left item and called right away. Said I would be there in 3 days to pick up. They did not do anything about it. I guess lost forever. They did not care

A staff called my room at 1018 PM to ask for my email address. I was asleep at that time of the day. I am still frustrated that anyone would think that this was acceptable. The room was nice. The pool was fabulous on a hot day.
