Room was dirty. Furniture was very old and worn. No tv remote! Took several times for door keys to work. And too many people living there!
Friendly and clean, convenient to airport but in the middle of a construction zone. And it wasn't quiet at all. I expected the jets overhead, but other guests had their tv on loudly all night.
Front desk clerks were very nice! My room was cleaner than my recent stay at Microtel. I ate 2 meals at Waffle House. Very convenient to RDU. Watch out for road construction; it’s tricky to find the driveway between the orange barrels. Also convenient to alternate routes if there is a wreck on I-40 or if you just want to go shopping in Cary.

I picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the advertised rate of $6 per day for long term parking. I got to the hotel and requested to set up long term parking and they told me it was $12 a day. I showed the employee the advertised rate on Orbitz and she called the manager. I was then advised that regardless of the advertised rate online it would be $12 a day and I should have called the hotel to confirm the rate. I wound up parking at the airport because it was cheaper.
The service was good but the property could use a good carpet cleaning in the hallways and use of an exterminator for the cockroaches. The shower had very poor water pressure.
The only thing I didn’t like was the smell of cigarettes in our room, since we have a 2 years old daughter. However, one thing I appreciate since our flight changed we came before the time, yet they let us checking earlier than schedule.
They didn't have the room I booked - we were given a king bed for 3 adults. I slept on a rollaway bed with springs in my back all night. Property was next to a very noisy highway.
