Room is older but clean..... son who is 154# laid on bed, rolled and the mattresses sunk in 😳 only 2 towels, 2 wash cloth and 2 hand towels for a room that can accommodate 4
Not clean, overpriced, and no breakfast
Really terrible . The bugs bite us. Also they cheating the client breakfast. One sanck, samll juice, small muffin with brown bag( i took pics) This is breakfast. Also drity , smell. I brought the kids. We were bitten from bugs. I showed them . They said just sorry Thats it This is most terrible hotel in my life
Curtains were ripped. Only had 1 towel for 3 people. Some stains on the wall
The hotel is not kept up at all. Carpet in the hallways is crusty and coming up. Our sink in the room finish was nearly gone. The towels are like sandpaper. Worst room I have been in in 30 years
The person at the desk was polite and respectful and admitted that the room wouldn't be perfect. And we expected the smells of marijuana in the room and weren't surprised by the noise down the hall. the stains on the bed skirts and the poor condition of the covers and mattresses (felt like a box spring) led us to drive another 3 hours to get home by 3AM. We gave the room to a woman who needed a place to stay.
The management here is terrible. My son left his phone by accident. After several call to the hotel I was told I they would ship it if I paid for the shipping. After sending the money to the managers Personal PayPal account I still do not have the phone. I was she would email me the tracking number and didn’t do that either. So I have no way to know if it was shipped. Her response…she is busy… Now I am being charged $150 for a smoking fee. No one every smoked in the room. Beware before you book
The room was clean. The place itself was questionable. It smelled stale. And it looked like there are a lot of homeless/Section 8 people that live there permanently. I never saw a cleaning crew the whole 2 days I was there. I would not stay here again.

This was a horrific experience. It was labelled by Orbitz as being pet friendly. I only stayed at this hotel specifically for that reason, as it was not near my ultimate destination and not a nice hotel at all. After a very lengthy check-in, where I was made to pay a deposit and fill out extensive paperwork, I was walking to my room and was told I could not have my dog. I was unable to stay... would not be refunded... and would not get my security back. I have stayed at many hotels in my life and this is the worst experience I ever had. I had to go out at 10 PM in a horrible heat wave and find another place to stay without being refunded.
It was very clean and had santizer and wipes for the customer
The windows had a cheap lock and the staff had me waiting to check in too much long.
Front desk manager on evenings was greater. Shower kept going from hot to cold, could not regulate. Toilet kept running on and off all night. House keeper needs to change vacuum bag carpet and room smelled. Hotel in convenient location.
The property was fine and clean. The front desk staff not very pleasant. The front desk staff was very attackative from the start, not pleasant at all, or welcoming. I probably won't be staying at this establishment again.
No where to relax outside .room to cold or too hot. Not clean in the room dust everywhere.Batroomvent making a lot of noise.
